Looks like Chris Brown really can’t get a break. Brown might find himself in trouble once again for abusing his day pass privileges.

According to Union Hospital a rehab therapeutic pass otherwise known as a day pass is given to someone who is trying to prepare for discharge. As explained by the site, rehab passes are given, “to practice your new skills at home during a therapeutic day or evening pass. Before leaving on the day pass, you and the team will set goals for you to work on while away from the hospital. When you return from a pass, a nurse will talk with you about goals achieved and any problems you had.”

So what did Chris Brown decide to use his rehab pass on? A Super Bowl party , of course. The way he decided to use his rehab pass is said to be an abuse of a privilege, and while we don’t know what this means concerning his stay at the rehab facility, we’re sure it’s not looked upon as a positive step forward. According to TMZ , Brown’s day pass was exclusively given so he could discuss legal matters with his lawyer.

Following leaving a voluntary stay in a facility, and another assault charge for a fight in Washington, D.C., Brown was ordered to complete a 90 day rehab stint and submit to regular drug testing. This court order also followed a November 10 dispute with his mother. At the time the singer reportedly lost his temper and took it out on his mother’s car.

“Mr. Brown proceeded to walk outside and pick up a rock and threw it through his mother’s car window and shattered it.”

When Brown first checked voluntarily into rehab, a statement was made by his lawyer Mark Geragos. At the time it was said that Chris, “wanted to, do a little introspection and understand everything that’s going on around (him). It was his decision, and he should be applauded.”

While Chris Brown was in court a letter was filed obtaining his history of violence. In a plea to the court, the letter reads :

“Our hope is that Mr. Brown will re-engage in treatment and get the help he requires for his dual diagnosis issues and become a positive role model in society that we absolutely believe he has the ability to become.”

Chris Brown has been on probation since his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna. His probation was recently revoked in December following his physical dispute in Washington D.C.
