Ariana Grande Almost Breaks Down In Tears At The Grammys
Ariana Grande had an emotional moment on the red carpet at the 2014 Grammy Awards.
Picking on a young singer who isn’t doing anything to draw negative attention to herself definitely seems a little heartless, especially when she’s out there trying to do her job. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened to Grande during the Grammys on Sunday night.
Although Ariana Grande looked quite lovely in her floral Dolce & Gabbana dress and pink pumps, someone on Twitter apparently felt the need to harshly criticize her outfit. It didn’t take long for other people to join in the micro-blogging fray, resulting in Grande almost losing her composure during the red carpet event.
It’s clear from the photos that Grande is having a hard time keeping her emotions in check. A source told E! Online that the Sam & Cat star tried her best to keep the tears at bay.

“She’s still not completely comfortable on carpets and she made the mistake of looking at Twitter. This blogger attacked her dress but also went after her hair and then more people started piling on. It was just mean. Ariana was like, ‘Why am I even here?'” the insider recently told the entertainment website.
Since so many people have taken issue with Grande’s looks these days, she actually felt the need to explain the situation on Instagram. Although she’s asked her countless fans and detractors to please stop pointing out the problems she’s having with her hair, apparently folks aren’t willing to cut the girl some slack.
After explaining that her Sam & Cat dye job ultimately ruined her locks, Ariana Grande asked for a little kindness and compassion. Judging from what happened at the Grammys on Sunday, some people aren’t too willing to leave her alone.
Grande recently wrote on Instagram:
“So as annoying as it is for y’all to have to look at the same hair style all the time, it’s all that works for now. And trust me, it’s even more difficult for me to have to wait forever for my natural hair to grow back and to have to wear more fake hair than every drag queen on earth combined. So please give me a break about the hair (or just don’t look at me). It’s just hair after all. There are way way way more important things.”
What do you think about Ariana Grande almost bursting into tears at the Grammys? Do you think people are too hard on celebrities these days?
