‘Big Bang Theory’ Sweetheart Kaley Cuoco Buys Khloe Kardashian’s California Home
Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco recently purchased the home previously inhabited by Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom.
If you haven’t kept up with the latest celebrity gossip, then you probably missed out on Cuoco’s recent marriage to Ryan Sweeting. The pair tied the marital knot at the beginning of the year new. Now the couple is preparing to kick things into high gear by purchasing their very first house together.
Of course, calling this pad a house is a bit misleading. The place Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom once called home is nothing short of a mansion, complete seven bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a movie theater. As long as they can ignore the bad vibes radiating from the property, they’ll be good to go.
The Big Bang Theory star paid approximately $5.4 million for the 8,000-square-foot mansion. In addition to the aforementioned selling points, Cuoco and Sweeting’s new home comes equipped with several bathrooms, tiled fireplaces, and a breakfast nook. In other words, they have plenty of room to start a family.

Kardashian and Odom purchased the mansion back in 2009 for around $3.95 million. Although the soon-to-be-divorced couple previously listed the property for $4 million, that price eventually jumped to $5.4 million. Apparently the Big Bang Theory star didn’t have a huge problem dropping the cash to acquire the home.
It’s worth noting that Cuoco’s previous pad wasn’t too shabby either. The actress purchased her 5,233-square-foot Sherman Oaks home in 2010 for around $2.4 million. While the place had plenty of room to move around, it probably didn’t come with covered cabanas, a BBQ pit, and an outdoor kitchen.
Judging from Ryan Sweeting’s recent comments about the Big Bang Theory star, the two are apparently deeply in love. Sweeting recently said he does whatever it takes to keep Kaley Cuco extremely happy.
“The second I got here I didn’t want to go home. We spent every minute together, and I still haven’t left from our blind date. So it’s still going,” he previously told Us Weekly.
Sweeting continued, “Now I’m thinking as a husband rather than just as a boyfriend. It’s making life a lot easier. I know what to do, and I definitely just do whatever makes her happy. That’s pretty much it.”
