Ariana Grande Really Hates Weaves, Loves Working In The Studio

Ariana Grande wants everyone to know that she absolutely hates weaves.

For one reason or another, the Sam & Cat star decided to ring in the new year with a weave. Although fans had mixed feelings about the singer ditching her iconic ponytail, those who really love the new look will have to enjoy it while they can. According to Ariana, she’s not particularly fond of the weave.

“I literally wasn’t joking about my weave. I got a full out weave just to try it and I want to peel my scalp off and throw it off a mountain top. Pony tail ’bout to resurrect faster than Jesus,” Ariana Grande recently posted on Twitter.

While she’s contemplating removing a large section of her scalp for reprieve from the irritations associated with weaves, Grande is apparently heading back to the recording studio this week to begin work on another album. Ariana is already trying to make the most of 2014.

“I almost forgot how happy making music makes me. Back to work. I like this part,” she posted on Twitter. Unfortunately, we don’t have a release date to speak of just yet.

Ariana Grande started work on her next album not too long ago. The singer dropped some details about the project to the folks over at MTV News UK last year. Grande also expressed interest in putting together a Halloween album in the near future.

“I start recording the second album in a couple days when I get back to Los Angeles and I’m really excited about it. I don’t know too much yet, we just started working on it. I just have one song that I’m very excited about so far that’s kind of done,” Grande explained to the outlet.

She added, “I’m really excited about it because so much has happened in the last few months… It’s been crazy and I feel like I’ve learnt a lot and grown a lot as a person so I have a lot to write about.”
