Jenna Dewan-Tatum, the Witches of East End star, flaunted some post baby pics seven months after giving birth to daughter Everly. But Jenna is looking hotter than ever, and it seems she wants everyone to know about it.
So what is Jenna’s secret to getting her body back to the way she wants it following the birth? Well, we’re not sure, but it seems that some good old fashioned elbow grease is the order of the day.
In the exclusive behind-the-scenes video, which showed Jenna Dewan-Tatum in her photo shoot for US magazine , Jenna can be seen sporting some pretty sexy outfits from bikini tops to to cutoffs and not much in between.
She has certainly reclaimed her size zero size, but not without some considerable hard work and – apart from that – she said it didn’t happen overnight. Since giving birth at the end of May 2013, Jenna had just six weeks to get in shape before she headed to Canada to film her new Lifetime TV show.
She said: “I wasn’t one of those girls who’s obsessed with losing the weight, but that was a pretty good motivator. I thought, I’ve got to fit in the clothes I wore before!” She continued to speak about how she remained active during her pregnancy with Everly:
“I wanted to keep the muscles alive. Plus, I felt so much better. Working out kept me sane. I would feel a burst of energy and all my hormones would regulate,” she said.
Jenna Dewan-Tatum explained that she had a strict fitness regiment during her pregnancy. She said: “I think a lot of women find out they’re pregnant and are like, ‘Let’s go crazy and eat ice cream every day!. To me, it was, ‘I’m growing a human being, and I want to give this little soul the best nutrition I can.’”
However she managed it, there is no question that new mothers can take a leaf out of Jenna Dewan-Tatum ‘s book on how to get back in shape after giving birth.
