Britney Spears Opens Las Vegas Boutique Ahead Of Residency
Britney Spears is ready to take Las Vegas by storm in more ways than one.
The “Toxic” singer is hours away from kicking off the first performance of her two-year residency at Planet Hollywood. Since the singer wants people to come from all over to catch one of the shows, Spears is hoping they’ll also take home a souvenir of their trip to Sin City.
If you’re interested in grabbing some official Britney Spears merchandise, then you’ll want to swing by the Miracle Miles Shops in the Las Vegas strip. The singer reportedly opened the boutique “Piece of Me” to service her fans’ desire for Spears-related items.
According to Racked Vegas, a lot of the Britney Spears merchandise found in the new Las Vegas boutique is exclusive to that location. In other words, you probably won’t find these items in a trendy store near you. Desperate fans will need to figure out a way to make it to Nevada to snatch up the latest gear.
In addition to the apparel, the boutique also features other items you couldn’t possibly live without. The store’s inventory includes but isn’t limited to “It’s Vegas B****” coffee mugs, key chains, and a fine selection of the singer’s recorded output. There’s really no reason you should leave the joint empty-handed.
The folks at Planet Hollywood are certainly hoping that tons of people show up for the first performance of her Las Vegas residency tonight (December 27). However, fingers crossed that producers and show organizers aren’t using the broadcast of her recent documentary as a way to measure public interest.
The Inquisitr previously reported that the feature-length documentary I Am Britney Jean failed to generate interest from viewers on December 22. Although Sunday Night Football and an airing of the 1965 musical Sound of Music found an audience, the behind-the-scenes look into Spears’ residency was a flop.

Nielsen ratings suggest that only 706,000 people tuned in to see what the singer was putting together for her stint in Las Vegas. When you figure in poor album sales, Planet Hollywood could have a hard time convincing people this show is something that really need to see during their stay in Sin City. All eyes are currently on Spears.
“Overall, the documentary showed Britney’s determination and the amount of hard work that she is willing to put in for her career, her family, and for everyone else on her team — and that she’s grateful for every one of them. Now, we just need to go buy tickets to this show. ASAP,” Hollywood Life explained in a recent review.
