Lindsay Lohan Receives Restraining Order Against Crazed Stalker

Lindsay Lohan was issued a temporary restraining order in court today against David Cocordan who she claims wants to commit sexual assault against her.

According to court documents Cocordan has been allegedly stalking Lohan for more than 2 years while his attempts to make contact with the actress have escalated in the last 4 weeks with Cocordan showing up at Lohan’s home on 3 different occasions. Cocordan was also able to obtain Lohan’s cell phone number, sending her more than 100 text messages and leaving her various voicemails that left her distraught.

One text message according to Lindsay’s declaration stated:

“F**king n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn.”

Responding to that message Lohan said in her declaration:

“I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me.”

It’s believed by the LAPD that Cocordan suffered from schizophrenia.

It’s strange to see Lohan on the other side of the law.
