Kris Jenner Talks Kim Kardashian and Kanye West ‘Big’ Wedding

After Kim Kardashian’s last whirlwind marriage, no one would have expected her to journey down the same road with a large, extravagant wedding. However, it appears that’s exactly how things will play out with her upcoming nuptials.

Back in October when rapper Kanye West proposed to the reality TV starlet, fans immediately wanted to know whether the event would be televised or not. Given West’s sentiments toward the paparazzi and film crews delving into his personal space, it seemed the wedding would be somewhere along the lines of the proposal – private and intimate with only close friends and immediate family.

But, according to Kardashian’s mom, Kris Jenner, the highly anticipated wedding will be anything but that. As a matter of fact, Jenner recently spoke with People Magazine, and she says the wedding will be big. “We have a pretty big family,” Kris told People,

Jenner was also asked if her daughter would even consider a lavish, opulent ceremony after her last televised even and divorce battle with ex-husband Kris Humphries. “I don’t think it will be two people in a chapel, if you know what I mean!”, quipped Jenner.

While her response was a bit evasive, she went on to offer a little more insight about the wedding. However, she wouldn’t reveal if a wedding date had been set in stone. She also voiced her desire to be involved in the wedding plans, but admitted, “I don’t know if they’ll let me jump in.”

“That’s two very creative minds getting together and they definitely have their own ideas,” Jenner explained. The Kardashian ‘momager’ also went on to share a glint of life in the Jenner home, as her daughter, West, and their 6-month-old daughter, North are all living under the same roof until their home is complete.

“The whole way it evolved has been a dream come true for me, as her mom and… North’s grandmother,” she says. “Our house is blissful. To watch Kim and see her mature and grow and turn into the most delicious mother, who is interested and engaged and reads to her every day, and if she works, brings North with her – it’s very cute the way she doesn’t want to be apart from her.”

Jenner went on to speak of West as a father and husband-to-be. “And Kanye adores both of them,” she continues. “The way he speaks of them, it is so delicious and I can’t explain how in love with them he is. It’s really sweet to watch.”
