Brooke Mueller Enters Rehab Again

Brooke Mueller, the troubled ex-wife of troubled former Two And A Half Men star Charlie Sheen has entered rehab…again!

On Friday I reported that Brooke failed to take a mandatory drug test in regards to custody of her children, while the week prior she was seen trying to pawn an expensive watch and other items at an Inglewood Pawn Shop, at that time it was believed she had fallen off the wagon.

Checking into rehab is believed to be a preemptive strike by Mueller as Sheen’s lawyers plan to take the drug test issue to court on Tuesday.

It’s still unclear how her refusal to take the drug test will affect custody of her children. Refusing to take a test however is considered the equivalent of a dirty test.
