Sears: Black Friday Is Now Black Sunday
Sears Holdings, which owns KMart and Sears retail outlets, hopes they will have a good Black Friday this year, as they battle with increasing losses of revenue over the last two years, amounting to roughly $4 billion.
Due to the slump in sales, this year Sears will be offering extra special Black Friday deals also on Sunday. The company was so keen to boost sales this Black Friday that they started them a week early on Friday, November 22. They will also offer doorbuster deals on Sunday, November 24, commencing at midnight.
The pre-Black Friday deals are exclusive to “Shop Your Way” members. “Shop Your Way” is a free member-only program offered by both Sears and KMart for their regular shoppers. The Black Friday doorbuster deals are available to members who can access the special prices via ShopYourWay.com.
The Sears pre-Black Friday deals are made easy for customers who can opt for various modes of delivery for the products they purchase. Included in the flexible options are: layaway, ship-to-home, Free Anyone, Anywhere Pickup and Free Store Pickup.
Be aware that the pre-sale specials apply across the board at Sears. Here is handy, short list of some of the best deals to be had this year, as chosen by Jim Donovan on Philadelphia.cbslocal.com:
