Black Friday 2013: Lowe’s Ad Features Electric Stove, Black & Decker Tools
Black Friday 2013 at Lowe’s means deals on fire pits, kitchen mixers and small appliances, along with some extra perks for online shoppers.
As ads for Walmart and Kmart have already leaked out to anxious Black Friday shoppers, the folks at Lowe’s are slowly revealing their slate of deals for the biggest shopping day of the year.
The highlights include a $39 fire pit and a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for $199.
Lowe’s has some of their Black Friday 2013 deals listed on their website, along with a countdown to Friday. The site promises to reveal more of the deals soon.
Other Black Friday 2013 highlights from Lowe’s include:

— Garden Treasures Patio Heater for $99 (marked down from $189)
— Werner 17-foot Aluminum Ladder for $99 (marked down from $159)
— Porter-Cable 20-Volt Cordless Impact Driver for $79 (marked down from $129)
In all the store has released deal prices for 24 items, but promises more details to come soon. The store says it will offer shoppers deals on “appliances, bathroom, flooring, hardware, home décor, kitchen, lighting, outdoor living, paint, plumbing, tools and more.”
All Lowe’s stores open at 5 am on Friday, bucking the trend of several stores that are opening their doors on Thanksgiving itself. Some shopping centers as well as Target, Macy’s, and J.C. Penney will open as early as 8 pm on Thanksgiving to kick start their Black Friday deals.
It could be a busier-than-normal Black Friday for Lowe’s and other stores participating in the retail bonanza. The late appearance of Thanksgiving this year means that there is about one week less this year than in normal holiday shopping seasons. Because of this, Bloomberg predicts that Black Friday 2013 will be particularly harsh on retailers.
Lowe’s is hoping to attract shoppers beyond the Black Friday rush. The outlet is also offering free shipping on all online orders over $19.
Black Friday 2013 prices at Lowe’s are valid November 28 through December 2, but only while supplies last.
