Brooke Mueller’s brother, Scott, has won temporary guardianship of Mueller and Charlie Sheen’s twin sons, Bob and Max.
According to TMZ , the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family services signed off on Mueller’s brother becoming the twins’ guardian . TMZ also reported that Scott Mueller and the twins will move in with his sister so the twins can stay in the same school.
DFCS hasn’t granted Brooke Mueller full custody of the boys, but felt it was important to gradually reintroduce them to their mother because of her drug problems.
Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Denise Richards, was previously granted custody of the twins, but wrote a letter to DFCS saying she could no longer take care of them because they were violent toward her three daughters . Richards said the twins strangled, kicked, scratched, bit, slapped, spit on, and punched the girls. She also blamed their mother for the twins’ behavior.
After Brooke Mueller completed in-house treatment for drug abuse, she was allowed to spend time with the twins. Richards claimed that when Bob and Max returned to her house, they were out of control.
Sheen asked a judge to grant Richards permanent custody of the twins in June. A source said the boys were “absolutely thriving in Denise’s” house.
Charlie Sheen recently slammed Brooke Mueller and the Department of Children and Family Services on Twitter.
“Last night was awesome! I went as an officer from DCFS (child protection srvc) because that’s about as sane as these inept and retarded doosh bags seem when dealing with my sons bob and max,” Sheen wrote the day after Halloween. “It’s an abhorrent d**k dance that has NOTHING to do protecting any child.”
Sheen continued, “Instead they are swayed by the evil and pathetic über loser whore that calls herself Brooke. There will be a reckoning. There will be a whirlwind, that they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness.”
