Bethenny Frankel Invites Omarosa On Talk Show, It Does Not Go Well [Video]
Bethenny Frankel and Omarosa Manigault don’t really get along. So when the talk show host invited her fellow reality star onto her show Bethenny the audience knew that they were going to get a little show.
People Magazine reports that the feud started a few years ago when Bethenny Frankel called Omarosa a TV villain on The Apprentice. Since then, both stars have been trying to prove that they are worthy of their reality show fame.
Omarosa said that the only reason that Frankel is successful is because she’s white. Omarosa said that Frankel can be “mediocre” and still be famous because she’s white.
Omarosa said: “It’s different for you and I… I am an African-American woman. You get to walk around and be mediocre and you still get rewarded with things. We have to be exceptional to get anything in this business.”
Frankel dismissed the mediocre comments saying that she must be doing pretty well for herself since she has her own talk show. Frankel also said that Omarosa should be thankful since she was paid a $10,000 appearance fee to be on the show.
This just led to more bickering as the two argued about who was more important.
Omarosa may have started the war of words on the talk show but she also attempted to end the feud. The reality star told Bethenny Frankel that they had a chance to put their bad blood behind them and set an example for women watching the show.
Omarosa said: “I have an accomplished career. I teach young people … I hope they don’t get discouraged from watching two woman who have an opportunity to put things behind us. We have a chance to turn this thing around.”
Frankel responded: “No, we don’t.”
The interview didn’t exactly go well but Frankel could use a little controversy on her show. Bethenny has been struggling to find an audience and rumors are flying that the show will be cancelled soon.
