Camille Grammer Granted Restraining Order From Boyfriend
Camile Grammer was recently granted a restraining order from her boyfriend Dimitri Charalamopoulos.
Grammer was given the restraining order after claiming that Dimitri physically assaulted her in a hotel room.
Camille’s lawyer, Larry Stein, writes in the declaration that Dimitri hit Camille in a hotel room on October 16. The altercation allegedly started after Dimitri received a text from a woman at about 1:30 am. That led to an argument and eventually, according to Grammer, Dimitri started to attack her.
Grammer claims that Dimitri pulled her hair, twisted her arms, and pushed her face into the headboard. When Camille tried to call for help Dimitri allegedly smashed her phone.
Camille Grammer claims: “(He) squeezed my nose between his finger and pushed upward forcefully, covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me to prevent me from breathing… (He was) repeatedly slamming my head and face into the furniture and completely immobilizing me. He said ‘I wanna smash your head in. I’ll give you a reason to call the cops.’ ”
Hollywood Life reports that the abuse went on for about forty minutes. When Dimitri got up to leave, he told Camille that he would kill her if she left the bed.
TMZ reports that a judge granted Camille a temporary restraining order. Dimitri Charalamopoulos cannot go within 100 yards of Camille or her two children.
The altercation in the hotel room came just a few days after Camille Grammer underwent surgery for endometrial cancer. The surgery was a success and Grammer is expected to make a full recovery.
