Tiffany Thornton: Disney Star Pregnant With Child No. 2
Tiffany Thornton is expanding her family yet again.
The 27-year-old Disney star announced Friday that she and husband Christopher Carney are expecting their second child.
Thornton annouced the news on her WhoSay account, posting a picture where she is standing alongside several friends and has her hands over her still-growing baby hump.
Alongside to the photo she wrote: “Guess what?! Hint: why am I holding my stomach?”
It didn’t take fans long to figure out that Thornton is pregnant, and many sent messages of support.
Thornton thanked them on Twitter, writing: “Thanks so much for all the congrats. Chris and I are so excited to announce that KJ is going to be a big brother!!! What a blessing.”
Tiffany Thornton and Christopher Carney have a son, Kenneth James, who just turned one in August, nine months after the couple tied the knot in November 2011. Demi Lovato was one of the bridesmaids at the wedding and reportedly caught the bouquet at the reception.
Tiffany made her television debt in the Fox sitcom Quintuplets, and went on to appear in a number of others including 8 Simple Rules, American Dreams, The O.C., Desperate Housewives, and Hannah Montana.
Thornton is perhaps best known for her work on Disney, playing Tawni Hart on the show Sonny with a Chance and later moving on to the show’s spin-off, So Random!
But since moving away from Disney, Tiffany Thornton has begun to establish herself as an adult actress, playing Meghan McCain in the 2012 HBO political movie Game Change.
