Jersey Shore’s Pauly D Welcomed His First Illegitimate Child

Break out the cigars because Jersey Shore’s Pauly D welcomed his first child. E! reports that Pauly D, real name Paul DelVecchio was very excited to welcome his first child, although he didn’t seem to really know a thing about the mother.

There’s some confusion about Pauly D’s daughter. E! claims that Pauly D’s “love child” was born on Tuesday, October 22, which was confirmed by a source, but TMZ claims that Pauly D’s daughter is a few months old. Either way, despite not knowing when she was born, we do know that the baby is definitely Pauly D’s.

According to reports, Pauly D didn’t really have a previous relationship with his baby mama. What we do know is that the mother is 26 years old, and is ironically a Jersey girl, although the two met in Las Vegas while Pauly was DJing.

Word is that Pauly D has already undergone a DNA test, and the results are positive for his paternity. Pauly D released a statement to TMZ having said about the exciting time in his life:

“I’m proud I’m a father. I am excited to embark on this new part of my life.”

Pauly D decided to confirm the news via his exclusive with TMZ by retweeting the report on his official Twitter account. Since breaking the story Pauly D has been retweeting tweets congratulating him about the news of his daughter. So far the name of Pauly D’s daughter is not yet known.

Currently Pauly D is still touring as a DJ and has upcoming dates in Atlantic City, North Carolina, and Las Vegas. His reality show The Pauly D Project was picked up by MTV but the network doesn’t seem to be interested in a second season. Pauly D is currently in talks with E! in negotiating a second season of the docuseries that follows the DJ on tour.
