Dina Eastwood Dismissed Divorce Filing To Clint Eastwood, He’s Still Dating Other People

Dina Eastwood filed for divorce from Clint Eastwood in September, but that filing lasted only two days.

Us Weekly broke the story that Dina filed for legal separation in August, after 17 years of marriage to her famous Hollywood husband.

Dina and Clint have had problems in the past, in June 2012 they decided to split but remained “amicable” with one another. An insider at the time said Clint had fallen out of love with Dina years earlier, but stuck by her side for the sake of 16-year-old daughter Morgan.

The couple managed to stick by each others side until September 9 when Dina Eastwood filed for legal separation. However, that separation was pulled from the court two days later.

In her original filing Clint Eastwood’s estranged wife asked for spousal support and physical custody of Morgan. In the filing she stated that the couple would share legal custody of their daughter. The filing also noted that the couple would divide community and separate property based on the terms of their premarital agreement.

We don’t know why Dina Eastwood pulled her divorce papers, but perhaps the drastic step made her realize she wanted to stay with her longtime husband. We know Dina still has respect for the cowboy gunslinger. In a September 3, 2013 tweet Dina wrote: “I don’t like reading negative things about Clint. He is a wonderful, good natured, brilliant person. No matter what, I attest to that.”

Clint Eastwood in the meantime has remained mum on the details of the 2-day long legal separation and possible divorce. What we do know is that Clint is currently dating Erica Tomlinson-Fisher and the couple was seen traveling around Los Angeles just two days after the divorce filing was pulled from the court system.

In a twist that could only come out of Hollywood, Fisher is the ex-wife of Scott Fisher, the one-time rumored love interest of Dina. A snoop at The Star explained in September, “After Scott and Erica divorced, Erica was sure Scott was romancing Dina. Erica called Clint’s office last February to discuss her suspicions — then he fell for her!”

With Clint Eastwood dating someone new and Dina Eastwood already filing court papers in a first-strike attack, it is probably only a matter of time before this Hollywood marriage fully fizzles out.
