Fifth Beckham Baby? Victoria Admits She’s Tempted

A fifth Beckham baby has been long-rumored for footballer David and former pop star wife Victoria. Just scant months after the 2012 arrival of daughter Harper, the pair already were shooting down rumors of yet another baby.

A fifth Beckham baby would add to the famous pair’s brood of three boys and one baby girl, and Victoria has in the past admitted that she hasn’t ruled out the possibility of again adding to their family. The Beckhams are parents, in addition to Harper, to sons Brooklyn, Cruz, and Romeo.

Harper was just months old when a fifth Beckham baby was teased about by the Mrs. in a Glamour interview. Speaking of the new addition back then, she mused:

“I’d never say never about another baby. It’s a juggling act—a career, family, a husband who’s busy. But I’d never say never!”

That was back in October, and the couple’s reps were quickly shooting down fifth Beckham baby rumors — but even then, not entirely confidently, telling E!:

“To my knowledge, she is not pregnant.”

That was four months ago, and fifth Beckham baby buzz is heating up again in a culture obsessed with celebrity spawning. Earlier this month, Britain’s Daily Mail quoted David too as again talking about a new sprog, having said during and interview on Jonathan Ross’s ITV1 talk show:

“Harper is seven months now. I can’t even look at her without welling up. After having three boys, you just assume that you’re going to have another boy, but when we got told she was a little girl, it was amazing.”

The soccer star continued, saying that they’re not just considering a fifth Beckham baby… but perhaps a sixth, too:

“We might have one more or two more, you never know. We’re not thinking about it yet, but if it happens, great. We’re enjoying the kids as it is. It’s always a thought… I mean, we’re busy people and we’re enjoying the four kids that we’ve got already and we’re lucky, we’re lucky to have four healthy children.”

But the rumors started up again at Fashion Week when Victoria allegedly quipped in response to a question about a boutique in Paris that “maybe” she would branch out there — reportedly adding “maybe we’ll get a Paris baby, too!”

As of now, no official news of a fifth Beckham baby has been reported.
