Hope Hicks is a name that pops up in the news, but if one begins typing Hope’s name into Google to find out more information about the 28-year-old current White House Director of Strategic Communications and President Donald Trump’s longest-serving political aide, the search engine begins to return search queries that show just what people are searching for regarding Hicks. According to Google Trends, queries about Hope began to kick up many notches in April through June of 2016. Hicks’ full name, Hope Charlotte Hicks, shows up as a breakout search term in the recent 24 hours, replacing terms of folks who used to simply ask the search engine, “Who is Hope Hicks?”
The keyword tool of Google Adwords notes that Hope receives up to 100,000 searches per month, with some of those searchers looking for Hope’s email address, or the Hicks bio. Others want to know more about Hicks’ boyfriend of six years, who is now Hope’s ex-boyfriend, according to Cosmopolitan. Photos of Hope can be seen in the next photo gallery.
The publication noted that the demand of the Trump campaign caused Hicks and her boyfriend to split, and that Hope still lives in a Trump apartment in New York City, that is, when Hope isn’t on the road.

As reported by Salon, Hicks released a statement about President Trump that gushed about Mr. Trump, and raised eyebrows when Hope called him a man with a magnetic personality and a brilliant person.
“President Trump has a magnetic personality and exudes positive energy, which is infectious to those around him. He has an unparalleled ability to communicate with people, whether he is speaking to a room of three or an arena of 30,000. He has built great relationships throughout his life and treats everyone with respect. He is brilliant with a great sense of humor.?.?. and an amazing ability to make people feel special and aspire to be more than even they thought possible.”
In the wake of that statement, Hicks received more attention, along with criticism from some social media users who noted that Hope sounded like a cult member in awe of a cult leader.
As reported by the Business Insider, Trump said that Hope has been with him “from the beginning.” The publication notes that Hicks oftentimes flies under the radar, and has been a source of frustration for some reporters who have been denied access to President Trump when trying to reach out through Hope, or ask Hicks for a comment.
