Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, And Heidi Klum Turn Heads On Red Carpet Of The 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards [Photos]

Frankfurt, Germany – There were some stunning looks on the red carpet outside of the Festhalle for the 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards. Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, and Heidi Klum were mentioned among the most stunning attendees at the event. The guests arrived at the event through a giant velvet curtained porthole.

Taylor Swift was wearing a J. Mendel grey lightly-beaded long gown with V-neck and patterned detailing. The 22-year-old country music singer completed her look with Neil Lane jewels, sultry smoky eyes, and wavy locks. For the first time in public, Swift was without her hot red lipstick but was bare when she arrived. She added some black lipstick when she came out to accept her first award.

Kim Kardashian showed up flaunting her famous curves and showing a ton of cleavage in her low cut dress. She was wearing a black ensemble with flapper short skirt and a long train. She finished off her look with dark-colored nail polish and matching ankle-strap heels. Kim was also sporting a ponytail.

Heidi Klum, who also served as the award’s host, was wearing a teal one-sleeve Versace gown with intricate gold beading, asymmetrical plunging neckline, laced-up detail, and thigh-high slit. The supermodel paired her first dress of the evening with lace-up pumps of the same color. She braided her hair in one side and let it loose on the other side.

European sensation Rita Ora was also deserving of an honorable mention. She was wearing a blood-red Marchesa finale gown embroidered top and a draped taffeta voluminous full skirt. Her hair was modeled in a faux bob hairstyle and red lips. Alicia Keys, meanwhile, caught attention with her “optical illusion” dress by Stella McCartney.

The event was loaded with dozens of a-list celebrities ready to show off for the cameras. The event was broadcast on MTV and at various sites around the internet.
