Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth’s Relationship Is Strained Ahead Of ‘Hannah Montana’ Return

Are Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth going through hard times?

According to a new report, Miley Cyrus, who is currently starring on The Voice Season 11, doesn’t feel that she’s marriage material and may not be ready to get married to her actor fiancé.

“[Miley Cyrus]’s dropping all these hints that she’s not marriage material but he’s not catching on at all,” a source told NW Magazine, via a report by the Mirror.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth rekindled their romance after a 2-year relationship break at the end of last year. However, Miley Cyrus didn’t publicly acknowledge her re-engagement to Hemsworth until weeks ago when she appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show and spoke to the host about her Neil Lane engagement ring.

“This is really weird because this is like real jewellery and most of my jewellery is made out of gummy bears and cotton candy, and they don’t look that good together because they kind of mix up, so sometimes I replace it with an actual unicorn or a Looney Tune,” Miley Cyrus told Ellen Degeneres of the engagement ring presented to her by Hemsworth in 2012.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth originally became engaged in 2012 after two years of dating but called off their engagement one year later just weeks after Cyrus performed with Robin Thicke at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards. During the show, Miley Cyrus was seen in a nude costume as she twerked on stage with her fellow singer.

While Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were seen spending time with other people during their two-year break, they ultimately got back together, but ever since, they have faced rumors of a possible split.

As for why she doesn’t always wear her engagement ring from Hemsworth, Miley Cyrus said the item simply wasn’t her style.

“[Liam Hemsworth]’s kind of like what’s going on? It’s like, ‘Well, this isn’t really my aesthetic, but I’ll wear it because you love me,'” she explained.

In addition to Miley Cyrus’ alleged fears about getting married, the source continued to NW Magazine and suggested Hemsworth’s brother, Chris, who is married to Elsa Pataky and has three children, India, 4, and twin boys Tristan and Sasha, 2, has reportedly caught on to hear cold feed and has grown concerned that things will soon go sour between them.

“While [Miley Cyrus] may love him, if they don’t get on the same page soon, it’ll only end in heartbreak for him,” the source claimed.

Although there have been swirling rumors regarding Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s possibly impending split, the couple continues to be spotted together throughout Los Angeles. In fact, just days ago, Miley Cyrus stepped out with her fiancé for some tea.

“[Miley Cyrus] looked happier than ever stepping out in Los Angeles with her rumored fiancé on Wednesday, and the pair gave us a lesson in casually cool couple dressing while going for their errands run,” In Style magazine revealed to readers on November 18. “The former Disney star looked warm and comfortable for the fall weather in a cozy gray hoodie, which she paired with fitted black leggings, slip-on black sandals, and a choker. The blonde stunner showed off her naturally gorgeous complexion with a makeup-free face and piled her grown-out platinum locks on top of her head in a tight topknot embellished with a whimsical pink hair clip.”

The magazine also revealed Miley Cyrus’ former Disney series Hannah Montana would be returning to the network for the month of December.
