Donald Trump Is Being Sued For Allegedly Raping A 13-Year-Old, Here’s What You Need To Know [Video]
While the last week has been dominated with news of the Hillary Clinton email scandal, Donald Trump is also dealing with some extremely serious legal woes of his own. While Hillary stands accused of mismanaging classified emails, Donald Trump is being accused of much, much worse.

According to a civil lawsuit that has been filed in federal court, Donald Trump is facing allegations that he raped a woman known only as “Jane Doe” in 1994. At the time of the alleged rape, the victim would have been just 13 years old. As People reports, the news of the Donald Trump rape allegations came to light several months ago. That was when the civil lawsuit against Trump was filed.
However, the case is getting some renewed press this week as Election Day looms. In fact, Jane Doe publicly announced that she was going to give a press conference regarding her alleged rape at the hands of Donald Trump over 20 years ago. The press conference was cancelled at the last minute by Donald Trump’s accuser; she and her legal team claim that the young woman was facing death threats after promising to speak out against Donald Trump.

Jane Doe is being represented by Lisa Bloom. While her name may not be immediately familiar, she is the daughter of famed women’s rights lawyer Gloria Allred. Reportedly, Bloom is going out of her way to assist the young lady who alleges she was raped by Donald Trump, and was going to help the as-yet publicly identified alleged Trump victim with her Wednesday press conference.
Just minutes before Jane Doe was expected to speak publicly about her rape allegations against Donald Trump, the event was called off by Bloom. According to Bloom, Donald Trump’s accuser received multiple threats and as such decided to continue to protect her identity.

“Jane Doe has received numerous threats today … She has decided she is too afraid to show her face. We’re going to have to reschedule. I apologize to all of you who came. I have nothing further.”
Later, the lawyer took to Twitter to speak out further about the rape lawsuit that has been filed against Donald Trump, claiming that her law firm’s website had been hacked.

Even though Jane Doe’s press conference was abruptly canceled to protect her safety, the anonymous Donald Trump accuser hasn’t been shy about sharing her allegations against Donald Trump with the nation and the world. If her story is true, this week’s death threats weren’t the first time she has been threatened with violence if she spoke out publicly against Donald Trump.
“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed.”

And yes, the girl accusing Trump of rape was likely exploited by people trying to monetize the case. No, that doesn't disprove her claims.

According to Jane Doe, she was repeatedly raped during the summer of 1994. Not just by Donald Trump, but by convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, too. She alleges that she became acquainted with Trump through a third party known as Tiffany Doe, who contributed a declaration to Jane Doe’s civil suit against Donald Trump.
Tiffany Doe was reportedly a “party planner” for Epstein, and her job was to seek out and find beautiful adolescent girls to show up at his parties. In her declaration, Tiffany Doe claimed that she met Donald Trump’s alleged victim at a bus terminal and convinced the then-13-year-old to attend Epstein’s parties as an avenue to meet the right people and perhaps get her aspiring modeling career off the ground.

Tiffany Doe’s declaration included in the civil lawsuit against Donald Trump further states that Tiffany actually saw the sexual acts that took place between Trump and the then-13-year-old girl. According to the declaration, during at least one encounter, “Mr. Trump forcibly raped her despite her pleas to stop.”
Many have discounted Jane Doe’s claims against Donald Trump as something that has been fabricated to discredit Trump during his White House bid, adding that Jane Doe has questionable media connections and little-to-no proof to back up her claims. Her unwillingness to speak to the media has also led to doubts about her claim; at one point, many in the mainstream media even doubted whether the woman behind the Donald Trump rape allegations actually existed at all.

It appears that she does. It also appears that the recent publicity she’s received has allowed her to upgrade her legal team in a most impressive way. She’s added Casey Anthony’s former co-counsel, Cheney Mason; civil rights attorney Evan Goldman of New Jersey; and Lisa Bloom of California to handle the press and media the Donald Trump rape allegations have attracted.
This isn’t the first time Donald Trump’s alleged rape victim has filed her civil lawsuit against the billionaire, either. She is seeking $75,000 in damages for the alleged rapes, and the first time she filed (in California) she did so without legal counsel and her case was quickly dismissed.

Her persistence has apparently paid off, as United States District Judge Ronnie Abrams of the U.S. District Court in Manhattan has agreed to hear the civil rape lawsuit that has been filed against Donald Trump, even setting a status hearing for December 16.
As far as Donald Trump goes, he hasn’t spoken publicly about the pending civil rape case. Neither has his legal counsel Alan Garten answered media requests for comment. However Garten did issue a general statement regarding the rape allegations that have been levied against Donald Trump, calling them, “categorically untrue, completely fabricated and politically motivated.”
What do you think? Do you think Jane Doe is a credible accuser? Or do you think that the rape allegations Donald Trump is now facing could be solely politically motivated?
***Update: Donald Trump’s rape accuser has reportedly dropped her $75,000 civil rape lawsuit against former reality TV star Donald Trump and his alleged cohort, Jeffrey Epstein. The news broke on Friday, November 4. The alleged victim in the case gave a media interview in which she still alleges that Donald Trump raped her, but stated that the rape lawsuit against Trump was willingly dropped on her request. Speculation is rampant that her civil suit has been withdrawn as a result of days of death threats. At this point, Donald Trump has yet to comment on the new developments in the alleged child rape saga.***
