‘The Walking Dead’ Spoilers: Who Will Negan Kill Next In Season 7?

The Walking Dead Season 7 is fully underway, and fans are on the edge of their seats waiting to find out what new super villain, Negan, will do next. After Negan brutally killed two fan favorite characters in the season premiere, viewers can expect some big drama from the newly introduced character in the upcoming episodes. While Negan already has blood on his hands, many fans believe he’s not done with his killing spree just yet. So, who will Negan kill next?

According to In Touch Weekly Magazine, The Walking Dead Season 7 is already one of the most intense of the series. As many fans know, Negan introduced himself to Rick and the group by senselessly killing not one, but two, beloved characters. Negan’s first victim was Abraham before moving on to kill expectant father, Glenn, as his wife Maggie watched in horror. “We wanted to send a message that we are just getting started,” creator Robert Kirkman said of the bloody premiere. After that crazy and tragic first exchange with Negan, viewers can expect to see more of his wrath as the season progresses.

It seems that the lives of Rick’s entire group are in jeopardy as Negan is now a huge part of their world. Everyone who lives in the Alexandria community is at risk for setting Negan off and ending up on the other side of his deadly bat, Lucille. Sadly, this could prove to be true for yet another member of the group. In The Walking Dead comic book series, Negan kills Spencer after he shockingly betrays Rick Grimes. Spencer reportedly doesn’t agree with his leader’s decisions and tells Negan that he would be a much better leader for Alexandria. Spencer then suggests that Negan kill Rick and let him step up as leader. Negan is intrigued by Spencer’s words and reveals that why he and Rick don’t always see eye to eye, he does admire the fact that Rick “has guts.” Negan then taunts Spencer about not having any guts and slashes his stomach open, killing him.

While Spencer’s death may not go down on the show exactly how it does in the comic book series, it does seem that the character is in line to be Negan’s future victim. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Spencer’s death may be seen as early as the mid-season finale of The Walking Dead Season 7. Actor Austin Nichols, who plays Spencer on the TV series, recently spoke out about the future of his character and whether or not he’ll suffer his comic book fate. “You never know what happens on the show,” he said. “Things change.”

Meanwhile, The Walking Dead may also tease the death of Daryl Dixon. Daryl, who is arguably the most popular character on the show, was taken by Negan and The Saviors at the end of the Season 7 premiere. Daryl will not only be in serious danger because he’s Negan’s prisoner but also because of his own dark thoughts and feelings. Daryl’s actions during the season opener caused Negan to kill his second victim, Glenn. Daryl and Glenn were very close and had been together since the beginning. Daryl’s outburst against Negan is the reason that the villain decided to claim the life of a second victim, and knowing that he’s to blame for taking Glenn away from Maggie and their unborn child could lead to some serious trouble for Daryl. Will he do something foolish because of his grief? Since the character of Daryl isn’t in the comic book series, fans have nothing to base his storyline on. It’s a complete mystery, and his death could shockingly occur at any time.
