Lady Gaga’s ‘Joanne’ Sales And Consumption Chart Details And Everything Else You Need To Know
According to Headline Planet, Lady Gaga’s Joanne is not going to sell nearly as well as Artpop did, but it is still going to earn the No. 1 slot on the sales and consumption chart.
While the first-week sales of Lady Gaga’s Joanne does not even come close to the first-week sales of Artpop, chances are pretty good the album will still take the No. 1 slot for both Top Album Sales and Billboard 200 charts.
Open day sales data suggests Joanne is expected to sell between 125,000 and 135,000 pure copies in the United States this week. This number should be more than enough for Lady Gaga’s album to land on the No. 1 slot for the Top Album Sales.
#JOANNE was streamed more than 7M times on its first day on Spotify with all tracks charting in the top200.

By comparison, Artpop was released in November of 2013. Sales data for this Lady Gaga album revealed that 258,000 copies were sold in the United States during the first week, meaning nearly twice as many copies of Artpop were sold during the first week of sales.
Unfortunately for Lady Gaga, her new album titled Joanne was not well-received by some people. In fact, Us Weekly gave the album a 1.5 out of 4 stars. They went on to describe the album as a “disjointed” and “unrealized mess.” Ultimately, Us Weekly felt the album was horribly disappointing and hopes “the old Gaga comes home” soon. The Atlantic claims the production and collaborators did not appear to work very well with Lady Gaga and her virtues and may be part of the reason why the album is not very good.

As you can see, the people of Twitter have nothing but good things to say about Joanne. Is it possible some critics are just being too harsh?
The fans of Lady Gaga appear to have pretty mixed feelings in regard to whether or not Gaga’s Joanne is any good. More people are actually siding towards the album being a disappointment than being satisfied with the album. The severe decrease in sales would suggest that Lady Gaga has lost some fans or that people are not liking what they are hearing when they are going into the store to buy the album.
