Rihanna and Travis Scott may have found themselves at the center of feud rumors following the conclusion of the North American leg of Rihanna’s “Anti World Tour” earlier this year, but it looks like the duo may be back on good terms after photographers spotted the “Woo” collaborators together in New York City on October 7.
Travis Scott, who served as a guest performer during the North American portion of Rihanna’s “Anti World Tour” beginning in March, was romantically linked to Rihanna last year after he was spotted kissing the “Needed Me” singer during a New York Fashion Week event in February. While neither Rihanna nor Travis ever confirmed the nature of their relationship, dating rumors for the duo continued to escalate after it was revealed that Travis would be assisting Rihanna in producing her eighth studio album, Anti , and began appearing alongside Rihanna in promotional advertisements for the songstress’ collaborative sneaker collection with Puma.
However, romance rumors between Travis and Rihanna quickly dwindled following the release of the songstress’ collaborative track with Drake, “Work,” which instantly fueled reunion rumors for Rihanna and Drake following their reported split in 2013. In response to the renewed dating speculation between Rihanna and Drake, Travis Scott took to Snapchat to seemingly throw shade at the “One Dance” rapper, referring to him by his “6 God” nickname in a series of posts captured by fans on social media.
“6God gotta werk werk MORE,” Travis Scott began on Snapchat in addition to several laughing-crying emojis. Scott appeared to further blast Drake on the social media site with the message, “F*** 6GOD,” before extending a bit of dating advice to the rapper regarding Rihanna with the message, “She wants the flame not no emotional n****!!”
Rumors of a strained relationship between Rihanna and Scott were further fueled in May after Travis was a no-show for his opening performance during an “Anti World Tour” stop in San Jose, prompting Rihanna to seemingly throw shade at Scott while apologizing to fans for the rapper’s unexpected absence. More recently, Travis appeared to solidify rumors of a falling-out with Rihanna after reportedly cutting a collaborative track with the songstress from his newest album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight , before going on to diss Rihanna and Drake’s rumored romance in a few tracks from the album, Urban Islandz reports.

Despite the feud claims, it appears that things may be looking up for Rihanna and Travis Scott after photographers spotted the duo heading into the same NYC hotel on Friday, leading some fans to speculate over whether or not the duo may be rekindling their romance amid rumors of a falling-out between Drake and Rihanna.
According to Celeb Gozzip , photographers snapped photos of Rihanna and Travis Scott entering the same hotel in New York City on October 7, although it’s unclear whether or not the duo was meeting up to work on a new project together.
Currently, Rihanna is rumored to be working on another new album , which fans have temporarily dubbed R9 in the absence of an official announcement from Rihanna concerning the project, so it’s possible that Travis could be assisting Rihanna in producing her next upcoming studio album.
The news comes less than a month after Travis Scott was spotted posing for pictures with Karrueche Tran during a New York Fashion Week event in NYC, prompting fans to speculate over whether or not the “Antidote” rapper may have moved on from Rihanna to date Tran, who was previously linked to Rihanna’s former boyfriend, Chris Brown. Despite the romance rumors, Karrueche’s manager, Jacob York, later shut down the dating claims, noting that the photo in question of Karrueche and Travis is nothing more than “a simple pic,” Hollywood Life reports.
