Brad Pitt Never Wants To Get Married Again After Angelina Jolie Divorce

Brad Pitt has been through a lot over the last couple of weeks following Angelina Jolie filing for divorce. The filing blindsided him and tons of news has been dropping since the breakup of “Brangelina” became official.

Following Jolie’s filing for divorce, many reports broke with multiple different reasons for the divorce. Some reports mentioned that Brad Pitt has been dealing with alcohol and drug issues, while others accused Pitt of cheating on Jolie. No one but Pitt and Jolie know the true reasons for the divorce, but it doesn’t sound like either is doing very well.

Some high-profile relationships fizzle out quickly and the parties move on with different people. That doesn’t appear to be the case for Brad Pitt.

According to a report from Hollywood Life, Pitt is not interested in marrying again following his divorce from Jolie. He took his oath, “Till death do us part” seriously and it doesn’t sound like he will try to move on from Jolie anytime soon. That isn’t to say he will never date again, but marriage may be off the table.

“Brad is very traditional,” a source close to the 52-year-old actor said. “When he finally married Angelina and decided to have a family with her, he intended it to be the last relationship, the last marriage he was ever going to have.”

“Now that his marriage is over, he certainly isn’t thinking about getting into a new relationship. But he also doesn’t want to get married ever again. The one thing he thought was ‘forever is now over,’ and he doesn’t want that heartache ever again.”

Pitt has reportedly been “crying his eyes out” since the divorce but wants to handle things maturely for the sake of his six children.

“Thinking about losing them cripples him. Brad can’t help but break down into tears thinking about it. He’s been crying a lot, probably more than he ever has. It’s heartbreaking to see this good man be brought down like this. But no matter how bad he’s hurting, Brad won’t let himself fall to pieces. He will dust himself off and be strong not because he wants to, but because he has to for the kids. Protecting them is all that he cares about.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had six children together, with three of them being biological children and three being adopted. Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight, are the main concern for Pitt at this point in time.

After Jolie filed for divorce, she took the kids with her to a rented house to be away from their father. She has reportedly requested full physical custody of the children, which Pitt intends to fight. According to a report from Daily Mail, Pitt was finally able to see his children for the first time since Jolie filed the divorce papers.

We previously reported here at the Inquisitr that Brad Pitt was still trying to save his marriage. That doesn’t appear all that likely at this point in time, although stranger things have happened.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are far from ending their disputes. A custody battle seems likely to occur in the near future, which could end up getting ugly. Hopefully, for the sake of their children, Pitt and Jolie can remain civil and focus on doing whatever they can to make this process easier for their kids.
