Sally Pressman: ‘Army Wives’ Star Is Pregnant
Sally Pressman, star of Army Wives, will soon by an Army Mom. Pressman announced that she and husband David Rogers are expecting their first child together, Us Weekly reported.
The 31-year-old star of Army Wives was just married to the 34-year-old Rogers in September 2011, with the wedding taking place at the Bacara Resort and Spa in Santa Barbara, California.
Sally Pressman and David Rogers appeared to be very in love last month when they celebrated their one-year anniversary. Pressman tweeted a note from her husband that read, “Let’s celebrate another year of the best decision you ever made.”
Now it appears that love is about to grow. This week Sally Pressman tweeted a note to fans that hinted at her pregnancy, writing, “One more plug for Tracy Anderson launching her Pregnancy Project with every mom counts.” The pregnancy was later confirmed by outlets like Us Weekly.
As Zap2It noted, Sally Pressman now has the family that her character Roxy LeBlanc does on Army Wives. On the show, Pressman plays opposite Drew Fuller’s character Trevor, and together the characters have four children.
In addition to Army Wives, Pressman has appeared on Criminal Minds, The New Adventures of Old Christine, and in the movie My Best Friend’s Girl.
While Sally Pressman’s pregnancy means she will have more responsibilities at home, she will also have more work to do on Army Wives. The show was just renewed for a seventh season, with 13 episodes airing in 2013. Pressman’s husband is busy as well, starring as Ben in Jane by Design on ABC Family.
