Gretchen Rossi Tries To Remain Relevant — Former ‘RHOC’ Star Slams Shannon Beador Amid Twitter Feud

Gretchen Rossi has come and gone from the reality television spotlight. She appeared on the Real Housewives of Orange County. It has been several seasons she was last seen, but Rossi keeps popping up on social media to chime in on current issues airing on the show. Her latest attempt to keep relevant comes at the expense of current housewife and star of the Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon Beador.

It is no secret that there is bad blood between Shannon Beador and Kelly Dodd. Their issues have spilled over to social media, and other housewives have now gotten involved. Gretchen Rossi has accused Beador of having an over-inflated ego. This has been going on for several days, and it shows no signs of slowing down.

According to All About the Tea, Gretchen Rossi was still poking Shannon Beador about her issues yesterday on Twitter. The drama had ensued last week and was spilling over through the weekend. The Real Housewives of Orange County aired last night, and Rossi knew Beador would likely be on watching the comments people would be making. Lizzie Rovsek started this feud by commenting and agreeing with Kelly Dodd’s assessment of Shannon. It seems that since Beador has remained as a full-time housewife despite her divide with Vicki Gunvalson, Rossi is feeling a little salty.

Fans of the Real Housewives of Orange County have been over Gretchen Rossi for several seasons. She mentioned on Twitter that she was tweeting her fans and not intentionally going after Shannon Beador. It is unclear why she feels like attacking her is going to keep her relevant. The two have never been friends though Beador did admit that Rossi was at a party held in her home, and the two were cordial. Apart from that night, there has been no actual attempt to build a friendship.

There is a lot of back history on the way things are between the ladies. Shannon Beador was on when Lizzie Rovsek was still a part of the Real Housewives of Orange County, and it appeared the two had gotten along. Now that Gretchen Rossi is chiming in to support her friend for sticking up for Kelly Dodd and the assessment of Beador, it is a huge mess. While the back and forth banter the ladies are providing is proving to make the show more relevant, it isn’t helping the case Rossi is trying to present. She may have initially been trying to stick up for her friend, but now it appears the longer she keeps this going, the more desperate for attention it becomes.

During her time on the Real Housewives of Orange County, Gretchen Rossi was known for being “naked and wasted.” While it wasn’t one of her finer moments, it is one of the most memorable. Her relationship with Shannon Beador is reportedly non-existent, and this Twitter feud isn’t gaining any points with the other ladies of the show. While there have not been comments made by Tamra Judge or Heather Dubrow about it, fans expect them to speak out at some point. Where will they fall when push comes to shove?

As the week goes on, Gretchen Rossi will likely back off. This Twitter feud has been going on for far too long over the same issues. She believes Beador has an over-inflated ego and has backed up her point several times over. Rossi has gotten backlash over her comments but has yet to back down. Next Monday night should be interesting on the social media site to see whether or not this is going to fire things back up between Gretchen Rossi and Shannon Beador.
