Amanda Stanton’s Ex Takes Her Back To Court Over Child Custody, Child Support
Amanda Stanton found love on Bachelor in Paradise and is now engaged to Josh Murray. That being said, Amanda is now in for the fight of her life as her ex is fighting her over custody of her two daughters and the amount of child support that he is paying. Radar Online shared what her ex-husband, Nick Buonfiglio, filed in court just four days ago. Whatever the outcome, this is going to be hard on Amanda Stanton. Nick feels like the new lifestyle that Amanda is living is causing harm to her children.

Amanda was on The Bachelor with Ben Higgins where her daughters came and met Ben and were seen on camera. She was also on Bachelor in Paradise where she fell in love with Josh Murray and got engaged. The girls were not on this show at all, but they were at home with her ex instead. The court dockets say that Amanda Stanton has “been scrutinized for how she has acted by hundreds of thousands of fans, and it has put my daughters in tons of media attention, which I believe is causing harm.” It is very obvious that he is not happy.
Nick also revealed that now Amanda Stanton makes between $20,000 and $30,000 a month. He said that she is paid $5,000 just to post on social networks. When they figured the child support the first time, she only made $100 a month. This means that her income is a lot higher than when child support was originally figured for them. He pays her $2,000 a month. Nick says that Amanda is supposed to have the kids 65 percent of the time, but that hasn’t been the case lately either according to him.
So why take Amanda Stanton to court and not just work it out? Nick said, “She said, ‘Take me to court if you want more time.’ Which I am doing.” It sounds like this is the only way that the custody and child support will change. They will go to mediation on September 30, and then if they don’t figure it out Amanda and Nick will go to court on October 13.
And so it begins. Heard this a few times over the last couple weeks. Not surprising: https://t.co/UjAo3M5bXo

This isn’t the first time Nick has admitted he isn’t okay with his child support situation. After Bachelor in Paradise filmed, Nick spoke out on his Facebook page about it and the Inquisitr shared the details then. Nick said, “So if your kids mom is gone all month and kids are with you majority of the month, and she still requests child support? I’m sorry, its not called adult support.” Nick had the kids while Amanda Stanton was gone and he wasn’t afraid to share his thoughts on it. In the comments he also said, “When she leaves on her own will to go film for a reality television show for an entire month, that’s not my problem to take care of her apartment. Just in my opinion.”
Bustle shared that Amanda Stanton and Josh Murray are living together in California. He left Atlanta and moved out there to be with her. If they were to ever want to move to Atlanta and take the girls, then Josh and Amanda would have another custody fight on their hands. It doesn’t look like Nick is going to stop fighting when it comes to what he thinks is right for his daughters. It will be very interesting to see how this all turns out in the end for Amanda and the girls.
