Kris Jenner Bans Caitlyn Jenner’s KUWTK Return After ‘I Am Cait’ Cancellation?

Kris Jenner has reportedly told Caitlyn that she does not want her back on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, purely because of all the negative things the former Olympic champion said about the family on her reality show, I Am Cait.

According to In Touch, the E! network wasn’t impressed with the ratings of Caitlyn Jenner’s reality show, particularly with its second series, where the viewership was so low, it was barely able to attract an audience of 800,000 viewers per episode, consequently resulting in the show’s cancellation.

And now that E! has announced they will focus more of their time on the family’s main show, Caitlyn is said to be doing everything she can in order to get herself back on KUWTK, GossipCop cites the outlet saying. But there’s one problem: she knows that Kris Jenner practically runs the show and would, therefore, need her approval before anybody else.

And right now, it seems as if Kris isn’t budging.

Caitlyn “wants to be back on TV so badly that she’s begging Kris to let her return to ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ full-time. Kris wants nothing to do with her,” the source explained. “[Kris] feels like Caitlyn is constantly demanding things but rarely shows any gratitude.”

The insider then went on to say that Caitlyn Jenner has enjoyed her appearances on television more than ever, presumably because she’s now living the life she’s wanted to live for as long as she can remember.

When Caitlyn first signed on for Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she was still known as Bruce — it was only last year that fans would learn how miserable Caitlyn was being “stuck in a body” that she didn’t identify with.

But in Kris Jenner’s eyes, her ex-husband has been anything but grateful for all the love and support the family has shown him. Caitlyn has thrown endless digs at the 60-year-old; slamming the couple’s marriage, and even stressing that Kris controlled her life throughout their time together.

As of right now, there’s still some tension between Kris, Caitlyn, and several family members, including Khloe. The source gives off the idea that Caitlyn’s return could cause a lot of chaos since she’s already been doing so much trash talking on her own show, and from what has been gathered, Kris and her daughters just don’t want to deal with her drama.

The source added that Caitlyn will do whatever it takes to get back on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, because she “loves seeing herself on TV, loves the glam squad that comes with filming, loves hearing herself speak. She loves it all.”

Kim Kardashian is said to have sided with her mother, telling Caitlyn that she stands by Kris Jenner’s current decision when saying that her presence on the family’s reality show isn’t needed. Caitlyn is said to have hurt the likes of Kris, Khloe, and Kim in how she portrayed them on her program, and now that the E! network has canceled the show, as confirmed by Variety, she wants to run back to KUWTK, and Kim isn’t having it.

With the current season of KUWTK ending in the following weeks, only time will tell whether Caitlyn Jenner will end up making her return to the show or not. Right now, however, it’s looking rather unlikely.
