The Bachelor in Paradise season finale is just a few weeks away and the final episode of ABC‘s summer reality series will be a combination of heartbreak and romance.
When the finale was filmed in June, host Chris Harrison told the final five couples that they must make a huge decision before the final rose ceremony — break up or continue their relationship off camera.
Which five couples make it to the season finale, who breaks up, and which couples decide to get engaged — and even tie the knot — after spending the night in the Fantasy Suite?
Here’s what viewers can expect on the Bachelor in Paradise Season 3 finale along with the scoop on the couples who have either stayed together or broken up since filming ended back in June.
In addition to the spoilers, the Paradise preview videos (below) are worth checking out to give fans a peek at the crazy drama that leads to the season finale.

Throughout the season, 30 former Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants arrived at the Playa Escondida resort in Sayulita, Mexico hoping to make a love connection. Or in Chad Johnson’s case, to stir up a little controversy, with the NY Daily News noting that Chad is still ranting online about his Paradise co-stars weeks after Chris Harrison booted him off the show.
Amidst the drama, a few couples formed during first few episodes of the season — Vinny Ventiera and Izzy Goodkind, Grant Kemp and Lace Morris, and Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton. As the season progressed, some couples split and new couples formed including Jared Haibon and Caila Quinn, Nick Viall and Jen Saviano, and Ashley Iaconetti and Wells Adams.
According to blogger Reality Steve, five couples will make it to the Bachelor in Paradise season finale in September but only three couples will stay together.
Although Vinny and Izzy started out as a solid couple, they won’t be one of the five couples who make it to the finale — they end their relationship on Week 4. Jared Haibon, who finally convinces Ashley I. that they are better off as friends, will have a brief romance with Caila Quinn, but they will end their relationship and leave the show on Week 5.
So, who are the five contestants that make it to the season finale?
One couple — Nick Viall and Jen Saviano — meet when Jen arrives on Week 3 and appear to be destined for a long-term relationship. According to a previous report from the Inquisitr, Nick told Amanda that he went on the show to meet Jen, negating all of the rumors that he was heartbroken when Josh and Amanda became an item. However, if spoilers are correct, Nick and Jen decide to break off their relationship after spending the night in the Fantasy Suite.

Bachelor in Paradise fans will see a relationship form between Ashley Iaconetti and Wells Adams (JoJo’s season), one that will carry them through to the finale. Although they are one of the five couples who are offered a key to the Fantasy Suite, Reality Steve states that they both leave the show before the overnight dates.
That leaves three couples who will not only spend the night in the Fantasy Suite but leave the show engaged — Lace and Grant, Amanda and Josh, and the big shocker of the season, Carly and Evan.
Are the final three couples still together or did they break up after filming Bachelor in Paradise? Here’s the latest information about the three couples including rumors about a season finale wedding.

TMZ spotted Lace out and about showing off her “Grace” (Grant + Lace) tattoo that they both got when the finale was filmed in June. Reality Steve reports that they are still engaged – if not, she’s stuck with a tattoo that will remind her of her summer fling.
Amanda Stanton and Josh Murray
It won’t come as a big surprise that this couple got engaged on the Bachelor in Paradise finale. They have been spotted out in Target together, they tweet about each other constantly, and even Josh’s mother Lauren Murray has taken to Facebook to support the couple.

Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss recently hinted on Twitter that a wedding is possible in Paradise, so stand by — viewers could see Josh and Amanda tie the knot on the final episode in September.
I bet that at least one of our #BachelorInParadise engaged couples will get married… ??

Carly Waddell and Evan Bass
Carly dumped Evan after an awkward kiss during their first one-on-one date. However, Reality Steve states that they get back together mid-season and end up as one of the couples who get engaged during the final rose ceremony.
Although they seem like an unlikely couple, one of Carly’s most recent posts on Instagram shows her cooking in Evan’s kitchen, so fans can count on seeing them on the final After Paradise talk show talking about their love story.
