Justin Bieber Replaces Selena Gomez With Hot Model Sahara Ray: Meet His Skinny-Dipping Gal Pal
Justin Bieber has become skilled in the art of finding replacements for long-time girlfriend Selena Gomez. After months of repeated rumors that Bieber, 22, was hooking up with Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian, 37, the two confirmed they were an item by reuniting at a nightclub over the Fourth of July weekend, as the Inquisitr reported.
However, now the Biebs appears to have found yet another replacement, parading in his birthday suit and skinny-dipping with his new gal pal. Sahara Ray, known as a swimwear supermodel, has even shared nude photos of her own on Instagram, pointed out Refinery29.
With rumors swirling that Justin has replaced Selena with Sahara, the inside skinny on the model has emerged. Born in Australia, she is the daughter of Tony Ray, famed as a surfer. But even though those pictures of Sahara and Bieber in the water are what intrigues everyone, she’s not known as a surfer herself.
In addition to earning fame as a supermodel, Ray has become a designer. Justin’s new gal pal does double-duty as a bathing suit model and owner/creative director/designer of Sahara Ray Swim. And she’s active on Instagram, sharing various nude photos as well as a group picture with Bieber.
As for her romantic relationship history? While Justin has been linked to various women since splitting from Selena, including Hailey Baldwin and Kourtney Kardashian, Ray most recently was involved with a former Bieber tour mate, Cody Simpson. (Cody is the former boyfriend of Gigi Hadid.)
But although Sahara’s previous romantic relationship didn’t exactly garner international attention, her new association with Justin has, pointed out the Daily Beast.
And although Sahara does not have fame that equals Bieber, she has become a social media power, with a million followers.
It takes a certain amount of courage and boldness to date someone with the fame of the Biebs, but her father is famed for those qualities, ranking as one of the first surfing professionals to survive solely on his skills. Ray initially did have a plot to become a surfing pro just like her dad. However, at 16, Justin’s new gal pal made the decision to carve out her own path by choosing the fashion world instead.
Sahara and Bieber reportedly became involved because she maintained a friendship with Cody after they dated. No cheating rumors there, though, because Simpson and Ray did not begin dating until after he ended his own romance with Gigi.
Fortunately for Bieber, however, Ray’s work involves being photographs with minimal (or zero) attire in beautiful locales. One of her favorite places just happens to be Hawaii, the scene of Justin’s skinny-dipping with the model.
“Every winter I would spend three months on the north shore of Hawaii with my dad,” recalled Sahara. “He was a professional surfer, so I used to travel all over the world with him while he was competing in the Pipe Masters and big wave competitions.”
But when it comes to her ultimate dream residence and future (are you listening, Biebs?), the model has listed Australia. And Bieber’s new gal pal also wants to have children there.
“Australia is where I want to end up and I want to have kids here. It’s more chilled and relaxed,” she said.
“Even on shoots, it’s more about quality than quantity.”
Now, with both Justin and Sahara enjoying the lifestyle of a single-and-free-to-mingle celebrity together, will fans of the attractive couple come up with a nickname for them, such as Jahara, to replace Jelena?
