Demi Lovato Inserts Herself In Mariah Carey’s Feuds With Jennifer Lopez And Ariana Grande
Demi Lovato is not feeling cool for the summer. In fact, the singer has hinted on Twitter that she’s already bored and looking forward to her upcoming tour with Nick Jonas.

Because of that boredom, Lovato has found herself in a feud with Mariah Carey. On Thursday, June 16, Lovato inserted herself in both of Carey’s long-standing feuds with Jennifer Lopez and Ariana Grande. In case you didn’t know, Lovato is good friends with both singers, which is probably the reason why she feels the need to defend them.

Lovato then left a comment underneath the video saying, “Cause my girl is classy like that,” according to Pop Crave.

The singer took it one step further when she checked out another Instagram post that featured a side-by-side photo of Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande. It included the caption, “When you order it online vs. when it arrives.”
Lovato commented underneath the post, “You got it the wrong way around honey,” hinting that she stands by Grande.

She then added, “Mariah is a legend and is so talented but constantly disses people. It’s nasty the way she treats Jennifer. Ari did nothing wrong.”

A user called “elusive.freak” wrote, “BITC LOOK JENNIFER STOLE HER SAMPLE AND PLAYED PART IN THE WORST TIME IN HER LIFE HOE! JENNIFER ACTS LIKE THE F***ING VICTIM YOURE JUST JEALOUS E YOU CANT SELL A MILLION ALBUMS EVEN IF YOU SHOW YOU FAT THUNDER HHIGHD AND CELLULITE BUTT (SIC)”
Then, Lovato shot back, writing, “This is why I posted what I did. Jen keeps it classy but I’m not afraid to say s**t. The woman is mean for no reason. Extremely talented? Yes. Superhuman? Possibly. Unnecessarily rude? Absolutely.”

Most fans know why Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez have a feud. It all started with Carey’s infamous “I don’t know her” comment during an interview. However, Carey’s feud with Grande reportedly happened during Grande’s Yours Truly era.
The young singer was heavily promoted by her team as the “next Mariah” and her debut album even had a similar sound to Mariah’s. The comparisons between the two singers started when Ariana posted a YouTube video of herself covering “Emotions.” Her debut single, “The Way” also sounded similar to a Mariah song because of the high falsetto that Mariah is known for in her music.
When Carey was a celebrity judge on American Idol, she was asked about the Grande comparisons. She said that she is also “still young. I wish Ariana longevity.” When the interview added that Jay Z has said that he doesn’t like to be compared to other rappers, Carey added that she “agrees with a lot of things Jay Z says.”

As for Demi, she has revealed that her girl squad includes the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Iggy Azalea. She has revealed that time when she and Ariana went to Charles Manson’s murder house, long before the double threat cooked up her own scares on FOX’s Scream Queens. While it’s clear that Demi is very supportive of the singers, it looks like she needs to stay out of their feuds with Mariah.
