LA Fitness shooting in Bridgeville Pennsylvania leaves at least five people dead

At least five people are dead after a man opened fire on a women’s fitness class at the L.A. Fitness Center in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania Tuesday evening.

Reports are sketchy, however local media reports the unnamed man entered the center around 8:15pm carrying a duffle bag. Witnesses then say that around 10-15 shots were heard from within the center. It’s believed that as many as 16 people were shot at the scene.

Eleven people have been rushed to hospital, but it’s not known if any have since died. The gunman is believed to be among the dead at the scene.

Police have made no official statement on the shooting at the time of writing and are keeping reporters away from the scene. More when we have it.
