Kristen Stewart, Alicia Cargile Back Together, ‘Twilight’ Star Dumps SoKo For Assistant

Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile are reportedly back together. After splitting up back in October, multiple insiders confirmed that the Twilight star is dating her former assistant once again.

According to Huffington Post, Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile have been spotted holding hands, as they walked out of the arrival terminals of LAX. Stewart also brought Cargile as her date at the red carpet premiere of American Honey at the Cannes film festival.

Having dated Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson in the past, several fans were somewhat disappointed when reports of Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile dating started circulating online. In an interview with Variety for the Cannes Film Festival issue, the actress finally addressed rumors about her sexuality. Stewart explained that, while she refuses to use labels, she is not one to hide relationships from fans.

Stewart shared that she is very comfortable with her own skin and thanked society for being so accepting. Given the opportunity, the actress said that she has always wanted to use her influence to help the LGBT community.

“I find the movement that’s occurring to be so important, that I want to be part of it,” she said.

In the end, Stewart, however, refused to use the word “gay” or any other labels pertaining to her sexuality. The Snow White and the Huntsman star even criticized, albeit jokingly, the interviewer for pushing her to admit that she is a lesbian so the magazine could run a story on it.

“You don’t have to immediately know how to define yourself… Me not defining it right now is the whole basis of what I’m about. If you don’t get it, I don’t have time for you.”

In an interview with Nylon magazine back in 2015, Kristen Stewart shared that she loved living in the ambiguity of life. The actress also predicted that, in three or four years, there will be more and more people who will be even more accepting of others, no matter what their sexual orientation is.

“I think in three or four years, there are going to be a whole lot more people who don’t think it’s necessary to figure out if you’re gay or straight. It’s like, just do your thing,” she said.

After her very public relationship with Pattinson ended in 2013, Stewart started dating Cargile. The two, however, ended their relationship and the actress was then spotted getting cozy and kissing singer/actress SoKo on the streets of Paris. Belfast Telegraph reported that while, Stewart remained mum about the status of their relationship back then, SoKo was more than happy to talk about their blossoming romance. In an interview, SoKo shared that she was “very in love” and “very happy.”

Kristen Stewart and SoKo’s relationship, however, seemed to be very much short-lived. After dating for only a couple of months, the two ended up going their separate ways. Celeb Dirty Laundry previously reported that Alicia Cargile has never moved on from KStew.

While Stewart was still with Soko, the publication claimed that Cargile was just waiting behind the wings, hoping that the two will eventually break-up.

“Alicia is banking on the many things she did for Kristen for the almost two years that they were together, and she’s hoping KStew would remember these things when they see each other and just dump Soko for good.”
