Kate Middleton Plans Play Date For Kids With Angelina Jolie’s Children Amid Divorce Rumors

Since Kate Middleton’s meeting with American beauty Angelina Jolie, and her superstar husband Brad Pitt, last year, the Duchess has been a big fan of the couple. The talented actor duo have recently made London their home since Pitt is filming Allied in the city so close to the royals.

That being said, sources have claimed that Middleton is now antsy to set up a play date between her two little ones, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and the Jolie-Pitt kids. Royal watchers are skeptical about Kate Middleton’s motives for a play date with Jolie’s children, seeing as the youngest of the Jolie-Pitt crew are 8-years-old. The Parent Herald relays onlookers perceptions of the possible get-together.

“[S]ome fans are questioning Kate Middleton’s motive in inviting Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt over to their property since Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s children are quite old to have play date. The youngest children they have, twins Vivienne and Knox, are already eight years old, while Prince George is 2 and Princess Charlotte one year old. Could Kate Middleton be wanting more than just the Royal life and wants to have more friends in the Hollywood business?”

The rumor has yet to be verified either by Kensington Palace reps or the reps of Angelina and Brad. It would, however, be an event that would draw massive amounts of media attention. Angelina and Brad are very close to American royalty, in the world of entertainment at least. The coming together of the two gorgeous power couples would make for a great photo-op.

As for Kate Middleton’s current focus in regard to her royal duties, it’s been announced that Prince William and his Duchess will make their first appearance at the Chelsea Flower Show, where they will join regular visitor Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Harry. Hello! magazine shares details about the upcoming event.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are to make their first appearance at the Chelsea Flower Show. They will join regular visitors the Queen and Prince Harry on Monday 23 May at the horticultural event. William and Kate will have time to tour the different exhibits, but the highlight of their visit will most likely be viewing a new flower that has been named after their daughter Princess Charlotte. The Princess Charlotte chrysanthemum, which is pink with green tips, is being entered for Flower of the Year.”

The Jolie-Pitts have been in the news for a number of reasons lately, some which involves rumors of divorce and marriage issues. The latest involves claims that Brad Pitt dropped $33 million on antiques to ease his mind due to the turmoil experienced with Angelina. Tabloid claims were also made that the Hollywood heartthrob had been caught in an affair with another woman. However, that woman proved to be his co-star for his current project, and that “affair” was actually just an onscreen kiss shared between the two.

Brad’s spending of millions on antiques is simply a passion of his. The star is said to be extremely interested in interior design and has a great eye for detail, as the Inquisitr recently shared. The store owner of the spot Brad typically buys from noted the pieces that Pitt usually leans toward.

“The store owner, who is reportedly good friends with the star, told the tabloid that Pitt will often visit the store in Ponoma, California. As for the type of pieces Brad buys, Ketterer shares that he leans towards deco, modern, and contemporary pieces, which make up the majority of his collection.”

It’s hoped by many that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continue on in their relationship, and make that play date with the royals.
