Is Gwen Stefani Pregnant Or Engaged To Blake Shelton? They Could Be Headed For Wedded Bliss

Could Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton be planning to wed?

For the first several months of their relationship, which began during The Voice Season 9, Gwen Stefani was technically married to Gavin Rossdale, but weeks ago, their divorce was finalized, and Gwen Stefani was once again an unmarried woman. But does that mean she will finally walk down the aisle with Shelton?

In early March, prior to the finalization of Gwen Stefani’s divorce from Rossdale, a source spoke to People Magazine, revealing the couple was completely committed and likely headed for a “long term future.”

“[Gwen Stefani] thinks of Blake as the biggest blessing,” a source close to the 46-year-old mother told the magazine. “They share both good life experience, like work, and bad ones, like their divorces.”

Following her divorce, Gwen Stefani reportedly questioned whether or not she would ever meet someone who would accept her and her three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 2. But once Shelton came into the picture, there was “no hesitation” to embark on a great friendship with the boys. In fact, Shelton reportedly “loved” getting to know them and has often been seen spending time with them.

Gwen Stefani and Shelton are “not putting pressure on themselves” and are “just enjoying life together,” the insider said, but at the same time, friends see a “long-term future” for the couple.

“They seem too perfect for each other for it to just be fluke. For now, they seem happy with their relationship, but Blake is old-fashioned and a future engagement seems very possible,” the People Magazine source added.

On April 26, Gossip Cop revealed just how serious Gwen Stefani’s relationship with Shelton was when they shared video footage of Shelton playing ball with her boys in Los Angeles. Then, on April 27, a report by Australia Network News speculated on the possibility that Gwen Stefani and Shelton were already married.

While Gwen Stefani doesn’t appear to be married or pregnant at this point, the engagement reports have continued, and weeks ago, a source claimed a proposal could be coming “very soon.”

“Blake could propose to [Gwen Stefani] very soon,” a source close to Shelton told Us Weekly. “Gwen is everything he wants. With Gwen, Blake has the family life he’d hoped to have with Miranda. Her kids love him as much as she does.”

Prior to his romance with Gwen Stefani, Shelton was married to Miranda Lambert for four years. However, while Stefani has three children from her past marriage, Shelton and Lambert opted against having children when they were married. Luckily for Shelton, that doesn’t mean he’ll never have kids of his own. In fact, according to the magazine, Gwen Stefani is on board with welcoming a child with Shelton in the future.

“Blake wants kids of his own, and [Gwen Stefani] is willing to try!” the source explained.

A second report revealed details of Gwen Stefani’s future with Shelton, claiming the singer has already taken steps to ensure she will be able to give Shelton a baby when the time comes.

“[Gwen Stefani] is freezing her eggs because she wants to have a baby with Blake,” a source told In Touch Weekly. “She’d love to have a girl — plus Gwen knows her boys would love to have another sibling — and wants to give Blake this opportunity to have a child that biologically his.”

Gwen Stefani is currently busy promoting her album, This Is What the Truth Feels Like, while Shelton’s new album, If I’m Honest, hits stores next month.
