Rihanna is making waves in the fashion and beauty industry. Though the singer finally released her eighth studio album, ANTI , she still wants to focus on her ever-growing empire.
Rihanna has finally announced the release date of her furry pink Puma slides on Instagram, in case you’ve been wanting to get your hands on them. Rihanna’s new Fenty x Puma fur slides will be available on April 22 at 10 a.m. at Puma.com, but you have to act fast. In addition to the sandals, her popular creepers will be restocked in May with new colorways added.
But you have to be willing to fork over some money, as well. According to Refinery29 , the furry slides retail for $80 and come in white, black, and soft pink. According to a press release, Rihanna “designed these slides with comfort and style in mind, having to travel extensively as part of her busy lifestyle.”
The “Work” singer has already showed fans how she incorporates her slides into her everyday Bad Gal style.
The singer also has some exciting news to share with her fans. She has signed a deal reportedly worth $10 million with LVMH to start her own makeup brand. The line will be named Fenty Beauty and will be released in Fall 2017. The company didn’t provide any other details, but David Suliteanu, chief executive officer of Kendo, believes that the line will do well.
“Feny Beauty by Rihanna is a beauty rocket ship that will appeal to a huge and diverse global audience. We are aiming for the stars.”
Kendo is also behind big brands like Kat Von D Beauty and Marc Jacobs Beauty. Rihanna’s makeup line will be sold only in participating Sephora stores.
Rihanna has already made a huge impact on the beauty world with her natural beauty and trend-setting makeup looks. She previously collaborated with MAC Cosmetics in 2013 for a limited-edition RiRi Hearts MAC color cosmetics collection. She also was the brand ambassador for the VIVA Glam lipstick in 2014 to help raise funds for AIDS research.
She has also launched seven fragrances with Parlux Ltd. The last one, RiRi, was launched in 2015. Her partnership with Parlux fragrances helped generate $75 million in wholesale net shipments in the U.S., U.K., and most of Europe.
Last year, Rihanna sent social media abuzz when she was spotted wearing neon purple lipstick to Coachella. The singer posted several photos to Instagram of herself with her new favorite lip stain called Purple Haze from Spirit, which is a brand owned by Rihanna’s friend Leandra.
The purple hue was so striking on RiRi that her fans had to get their hands on it. The lipstick immediately sold out once she told everyone what she was wearing.
It’s no surprise that everyone is in awe of Rihanna. Even her good friend Drake is beside himself at times when he’s performing with the super hot singer. Drake and Rihanna’s relationship go way back to 2010 when they collaborated on “What’s My Name?” Then, Rihanna lent her vocals to his song “Take Care” in 2011.
Fans have been hoping for a AubRih reunion, especially after their sizzling collaboration for “Work.” The Canadian rapper couldn’t contain his feelings for Rihanna. He had to tell the crowd in Toronto that Rihanna is “the greatest woman I’ve ever known in my life!”
“One more time, if you would do me the favor and make some noise for the greatest woman I’ve ever known in my life. She goes by the name of Rihanna. You better make some noise for her. I go by the name of Drake, and if there’s one thing I care about it’s everybody in this motherf***ing building tonight…”

Given the killer chemistry that the pair has in both of the “Work” videos, you can’t blame Champagne Papi for feeling lightheaded whenever he’s around Rihanna. The only question is: Do you think Rihanna feels the same way about Drake? Or, do you think she’d rather stay single and focus on her career? Sound off below in the comments section.
