Macaulay Culkin Steps Out For Second Time Since Heroin Addiction Rumor
Macaulay Culkin was spotted out and about for the second time since heroin addiction rumors ran rampant through the media, with a source claiming that the Home Alone star had just six months to live.
Culkin was spotted walking around in New York City, looking quite healthy in contrast to the gaunt photo of the actor that popped up amid the heroin addiction rumors last week, reports TMZ.
A representative for the actor called the addiction rumors, “impossibly and ridiculously fictitious.” Culkin’s rep told On The Red Carpet that:
“The report in the National Enquirer that Macaulay Culkin is addicted to Heroin and assorted hallucinogenics is not only categorically without merit, but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious. We beseech the responsible media to consider the source and its reputation and to please not perpetuate this destructive and insulting story by pursuing it any further.”
Macaulay Culkin first caused concern when photos of the actor were published in February, showing him looking much thinner than he had before. The Examiner notes that the latest photos show the 31-year-old Culkin walking around the Big Apple while wearing a plaid shirt, gray jeans, and a dark jacket.
He sported dark sunglasses, ignoring the photographer taking pictures of him. While reports say that the Home Alone star is looking much healthier, some people contend that he still looks too thin to be healthy.
Following the National Enquirer’s report that Culkin only had six months to live, thanks to his $6,000 drug habit, the tabloid asked the actor to take a blood test to prove he is clean. So far, the actor has not responded to the inquiry. For the latest macaulay Culkin photo, click here.
