Gwen Stefani Botox And Face Lift Rumors: Gwen Isn’t Altering Looks For Blake Shelton
Gwen Stefani’s boyfriend is seven years younger than she is, and some tabloids want their readers to believe that Gwen sees this as a great tragedy. According to a recent reports, this age difference is making the “Misery” singer so miserable that she’s undergone a lengthy list of cosmetic procedures to turn back the clock. However, there’s reportedly no truth to the reports that Gwen is changing the way she looks for 39-year-old Blake Shelton.
Radar Online recently claimed that 46-year-old Gwen Stefani “is doing whatever it takes to keep her younger hunky country superstar man, Blake Shelton.” The tabloid consulted with a group of plastic surgeons to the stars who allege that Gwen has taken drastic measures to alter her face, and Radar even goes so far as to claim that Gwen looks “unrecognizable” now. You can check out the March 31 photo below to see if you agree.
Dr. Michael Salzhauer, aka “Dr. Miami,” said that he believes Gwen Stefani has plumped her pout with lip injections and used Botox and chemical peels to rid her face of any fine lines and wrinkles. Gwen’s laugh lines are clearly visible in the photo above, but plastic surgeon Dr. Sheila Nazarian agreed with Salzhauer’s skin assessment, adding that she thinks Gwen is also using Vampire facials to stay looking absolutely ageless. A third skincare specialist, celebrity esthetician Zara Harutyunyan, D.O.M., R.N., weighed in by suggesting that Gwen has tightened everything up by undergoing Ultratherapy, a “non-surgical face lift and neck lift.” It’s important to note that none of these specialists have actually consulted with Gwen or touched her skin.According to GossipCop, the above speculation is completely false. “An impeccable Stefani insider” called the cosmetic procedure claims “lameness” and denied that Gwen has undergone a facelift or any of the other procedures list above.
You’ll be happy to know that the secret to Gwen Stefani’s youthful glow isn’t spending half her life in the offices of cosmetic surgeons and other skincare specialists. Glamour reports that Gwen slathers on SPF 50 sunscreen every day to protect her skin, and SheKnows says that she keeps it baby-soft with Johnson’s Baby lotion. So what does Gwen Stefani think about using cosmetic procedures to turn back the clock? During a 2004 interview with People magazine, she said that she doesn’t judge women who undergo plastic surgery, but she was hopeful that she could learn to accept her own lines and wrinkles with a little help from then-husband Gavin Rossdale.
“I really like watching [plastic surgery] on TV. I don’t look totally down on it—if it’s safe and if you have a problem that really bothers you,” Gwen said. “But I don’t know for myself if I would… I’m just really lucky that I have a really sexy husband that happens to like me and wants to see me wrinkled as well.”
However, a few years later, Gwen hinted that Gavin Rossdale was making her feel insecure about her face in its natural state.
“I like to make my husband like me more,” Gwen told Harper’s Bazaar during a 2012 interview. “And he likes it when I’m wearing makeup.”
Luckily for Gwen Stefani’s skin, Blake Shelton doesn’t care if she lets her pores breathe. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Blake has made Gwen feel like a naturally beautiful woman, and his love has given her such a big confidence boost that now she’s completely comfortable stepping out with little or no makeup on. This is a pretty big deal for a girl who used to wear a full face of makeup at home, even if she had no plans to leave the house.

During an interview with People, Blake Shelton’s ex-wife confirmed that the country singer prefers his lady’s skin to be spackle-free.
“He’s one of those dudes who’s like, ‘You look prettier without it,’ ” Miranda Lambert said of Blake’s makeup preference. “I think, ‘Stop! Really? This took me three hours!’ But he doesn’t care. He sees me the same, whether I have a whole glam squad or I’m just hanging out at home.”
Why would Gwen Stefani feel pressure to have any cosmetic procedures done when she’s dating a guy who is such a big fan of the natural look?
