Blac Chyna Changing Name to Angela Kardashian Post-Wedding: Rob Kardashian Engagement In Full Effect

When Blac Chyna ties the knot with reality star Rob Kardashian, she plans on taking his last name, changing from Angela White to Angela Kardashian.

According to Us Weekly, the Instagram model is ecstatic over the engagement and couldn’t believe her eyes upon seeing the stunning ring Rob presented her with. While it’s unclear whether or not Rob and Blac Chyna plan on getting married this year, the aspiring business mogul’s decision in wanting her name changed is clearly a start.

Blac Chyna, who only addresses herself by her legal name to friends and family, could potentially drop her signature tag and simply go as Angela Kardashian, well aware that the last name she is bound to carry is going to open up a lot of opportunities for the 27-year-old.

Blac is already the proud owner of a salon in Los Angeles titled Lashed, where her devoted team are known to provide massages, beauty regimen services, and cosmetic products. Twitter users have even acknowledged that with Blac Chyna carrying Kardashian as her last name, she is most certainly going to branch out into multi-million dollar sponsorship deals.

Of course, all of this is what Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, and Kylie Jenner have wanted to prevent from happening. As previously mentioned, Rob Kardashian’s siblings are furious with his careless decision to become engaged to the former stripper, who is also known as the ex-girlfriend and baby mother to Kylie’s current boyfriend, Tyga.

A source tells Hollywood Life, “Kim’s been doing a lot of eye-rolling and thinks Rob’s out of his mind. Kylie lives on social media and her phone is blowing up with Rob and Blac alerts and she’s upset. There’s just so much going on right now.”

On top of this, Blac Chyna’s engagement to Rob comes just weeks after it was reported she had been in talks to star on Keeping Up With the Kardashians if producers were willing to pay her up to $1 million per season.

While the network was skeptical over the hefty paycheck, now that Rob and Chyna have become a trending topic, who are bound to tie the knot very soon, the offer seems much more likely to work in the socialite’s favor after all.

Out of all the sisters, Kylie and Kim are said to have taken the engagement news the toughest, simply because the 34-year-old social media fanatic was known to have been very close to Blac Chyna prior to her split from Tyga.

When the rapper then decided to start seeing Kylie, who was only 17 at the time, Kim and Chyna cut off their friendship ties, knowing well enough that things could turn ugly should the makeup artist run into Kylie with her ex-boyfriend by her side.

All in all, it seems as if Blac Chyna has found happiness after all. Again, the couple has yet to announce when they plan to officially tie the knot, but judging by the sudden engagement, their wedding could quite possibly happen over the summer — and E! will be right there to film it all.
