Amber Rose ‘MuvaMoji’ Release — Will It Compete With Kim Kardashian’s?
Amber Rose’s MuvaMoji release has happened. Amber made the announcement to her followers on March 30. Available on Google Play and the App Store, Rose might set similar app records as Kim Kardashian.
So far, Amber Rose’s MuvaMoji is receiving five-star ratings across the board. You probably know that Kim Kardashian’s emoji app received similar ratings when she released it to the public. However, Amber Rose’s MuvaMoji mobile app offers several features.
Via Amber Rose’s Instagram, she showcased her MuvaMoji app to her 10.4 million followers. While wearing a salmon pink, fitted dress, Amber stated as follows.
“Hey, you guys. It’s Amber Rose, and I’ve got a new app — MuvaMoji. Download it on iTunes and Android. Have fun, Rosebuds! I love you guys!”
Also, Amber uploaded MuvaMoji’s commercial to her Instagram immediately after her promotional video. According to Rose’s Apple version, the description states as follows.
“Presenting the official MuvaMoji app by Amber Rose. Featuring over 900 brand new emoji personally curated by Muva herself, browse from over a dozen categories of insane emojis you won’t find anywhere else. Ranging from LGBT pride to adult-themed emojis to insane animated emojis, you’ll be amazed at what’s included. Make sure to check back frequently as we will be updating the app with new content weekly.”
Rose’s MuvaMoji features are in high-definition. Also, Amber Rose’s app allows its users to resize their emojis before sending them in their messages. Via Instagram, Amber demonstrated the resize feature.
Another feature of Amber Rose’s MuvaMoji is the ability to change skin color. Apple recently made this ethnic-conscious improvement to its emoji capability. Unfortunately, the Android description doesn’t mention the same ability.
However, Amber Rose’s MuvaMoji Android app also has similar five-star ratings.
Yet, to digress, the Apple description notes that the user would have the ability to integrate MuvaMoji with the phone’s keyboard system. Likewise, everything in Amber Rose’s Apple app is “optimized for use in iMessage.”
In addition, as a mobile application, Amber Rose’s emojis are compatible across all Apple devices. Accordingly, as mentioned on Amber Rose’s app description, anyone with a similar device can see the MuvaMojis — whether they have the app or not.
Since this is Amber Rose’s first emoji app, this is version 1.0, and the Apple app’s size is 67 megabytes. Also, this mobile app is rated for ages 17 and up. Amber Rose’s MuvaMoji app has this rating due to the following reasons:
- Infrequent/Mild Profanity
- Crude Humor
- Frequent/Intense Mature/Suggestive Themes
- Infrequent/Mild Sexual Content and Nudity
- Infrequent/Mild Alcohol, Tobacco, or Drug Use or References
- Infrequent/Mild Cartoon or Fantasy Violence.
Rose’s MuvaMoji app has several categories other than her personal faces and expressions. Similar to the original keyboard emojis, there are other generic selections. For example, Amber Rose’s MuvaMoji app has a “Bill Cosby”-resembling emoji, such as in the following post.
As you know, Amber Rose is an avid feminist. And, likewise, she’s stated several times that she believed Bill Cosby was guilty of his alleged crimes — even though his charges were dropped.
Nevertheless, in other Amber Rose news, it seems that during her MuvaMoji launch, she might be moving. According to X17 Online, the source states as follows.
“Amber hasn’t mentioned anything on social media about moving house, but the huge moving truck outside her home makes us think she’s gunning to go. Earlier this month, reports surfaced that the self-proclaimed ‘slut’ is dating Toronto Raptors basketball player Terrence Ross.”
“The twosome have been seeing each other since Valentine’s Day weekend. A source told E! News, ‘It’s very early in the relationship and he’s very young, so she is just having fun’. Maybe ‘having fun’ means moving in together?!”
All in all, how do you feel about Amber Rose’s MuvaMoji app? Do you think it will do as well as Kim Kardashian’s Kimoji? Is Amber Rose actually moving? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below.
