Todd Chrisley In Court Battle With Son Kyle Over Chloe’s Custody And Rights To Be On The Show
Todd and Julie Chrisley have been raising their sweet granddaughter, Chloe, for a while now, and they show her on their show Chrisley Knows Best all the time. Radar Online shared the news that now, Todd Chrisley is battling with his son, Kyle, over custody of this little girl. Kyle hasn’t been on the show in a long time due to not getting along with his dad, and it looks like things are getting worse.
Todd and Julie Chrisley have been showing Chloe on the show, even if Kyle and his current wife Alexis don’t want this to happen. They had legal documents stating that Chloe could be on the show and it said “all legal decisions related to Chloe were to be discussed with Chloe’s parents, Todd and Julie, and in the event of a disagreement between the parties related to a legal decision, Todd would have the final decision making authority.”

Now, Chloe’s stepmom is speaking out and says that things might not be the same for Chrisley Knows Best now. Alexus Whibley spoke out and said “FYI, in case you wanted an update about Chloe being on the show, Kyle’s lawyer won … and Chloe will no longer be appearing on the show again!”
The thing is there is some confusion, because Todd Chrisley is saying this is not the case at all. Radar Online was able to speak to Todd directly, and he says that Chloe will still be on the show next season and everything is still up to him. Todd explained that they have a court order that says that Chloe will stay in their care until the court tells them otherwise. Todd went on to reveal more.
“I want to give Chloe the type of life that this beautiful little girl of mine deserves. She now goes to an amazing school because she is such a gifted child. She goes to ballet classes and she loves her swim classes. I’m sure that any grandparent can relate to this. I just want what is best for my granddaughter.”
It is very obvious watching Chrisley Knows Best that Todd and Julie Chrisley want what is best for Chloe. Kyle Chrisley has battled drug addiction, and was actually cut from the show by his dad, Todd. Kyle says that he is doing better now, but his dad doesn’t seem ready to put him back on the show again and move on.

Todd Chrisley has never acted like he is easy on his kids. He is hard on them and expects a lot. People recently shared what Todd had to say about why he is making his son, Chase, remove his tattoo on his side. Chase did tease that considering he got a car out of the deal, he thinks he won. Here is what Todd had to say.
“Well, here’s my thing. I paid for him to go a private Christian school his entire life. So if he doesn’t know that Bible verse by now and he has to use his body as a cheat sheet, then I need a refund from the school that I sent him to!”
