Kim Kardashian Can’t Control ‘Time Bomb’ Kanye West Amid Lawsuit: Kris Jenner To Film Divorce Drama For ‘KUWTK?’

Kim Kardashian seemed to have the perfect life just last year, with a new baby and happy marriage. But now, as the spotlight shines on her husband Kanye’s seemingly endless Twitter rants and meltdowns, rumors are swirling that Kim is at the point of considering divorce. Kardashian is finding herself in the midst of reports regarding everything from a feud over the first baby picture of Saint to open comments from Kardashian momager Kris Jenner that she herself isn’t too pleased with West. Now Kardashian is facing new drama with a lawsuit connected with a car crash that happened two years ago.

Kim is being sued for what a California driver describes as an accident in which she “negligently” hit his car. The alleged incident involving Kardashian occurred in 2014, reported People.

That driver, Rafael Linares, is now stepping forward with a personal injury lawsuit for Kim.

“[He] sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort and physical disability,” claim the documents in that lawsuit.

Because of the accident, which happened in Beverly Hills at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Benedict Canyon Drive, Linares contends that he has suffered in a variety of ways. Among his claims are being “deprived of earnings,” and the lawsuit encompasses that income loss, property damage, as well as both medical expenses he has incurred and future health care costs.

When it comes to those divorce reports, Kardashian has someone by her side, and that’s momager Kris Jenner, according to Radar Online. Kris sees a ratings goldmine in the drama of her daughter’s crumbling marriage and has plans to film Kim and her husband’s battles for Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

But Jenner also wants to figure out a way to prevent Kardashian from ending her marriage in what would mark Kim’s third divorce, a source told Radar.

“Kris is in complete panic mode about Kim and Kanye,” said that source. “She does not want Kim to have a third divorce.”

So Jenner has figured out a way to stop the marriage while making money by getting them into marriage counseling and then filming it for Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

“Kris told Kim that she wants her to go to marriage counseling with Kanye and to film it for KUWTK,” added the insider, noting that he refused. “Kim is worried. She has no idea what he is going to do next.”

In an attempt to take control of the situation, Kardashian even prevented her husband from going to the Oscar parties, a source told Hollywood Life.

“Kim didn’t want the headache of going to any Oscar parties because she didn’t want Kanye to make any outbursts or to make a scene and be the center of attention,” said the source.

In addition, Kardashian has become wary of having to face queries about his ongoing feuds.

“Ye’s been making headlines for the past weeks for his tweets and feuds and while she’s 100-percent on his side, she didn’t want to be asked any questions about his feuds,” added the source.

Moreover, the insider revealed that Kardashian was worried someone would make West angry, resulting in yet another meltdown.

“[Kim] didn’t want anyone to…set him off. She didn’t want all the drama that night. She wasn’t in a good mood,” summed up the insider.

As the Inquisitr reported, Kardashian even battled her husband over which photo to use for the unveiling of their son, Saint. And once they settled on a photo, a fierce feud erupted. Kim finally put it on her own social media, with West pointedly not retweeting or posting the picture.

While Kardashian has sought to keep the drama of the friction in her marriage hidden, her momager, Kris Jenner, was candid during an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show about her feelings regarding her son-in-law, reported the NZ Herald.

“There have been days where there should be a no tweeting law,” Jenner joked. “I feel like I will ground him.”

Ellen suggested that the rapper acquire a “board of directors” to review and approve each post before it goes live.

“That’s a good idea!” exclaimed Kris.

As to whether Kardashian actually is at the point of getting ready to divorce West behind the scenes? A source cited by Radar Online claims that Kim already has told Jenner she’s made the decision.

“Kim announced to her mom [Kris Jenner], ‘I have to divorce Kanye,'” said that source. “It breaks her heart, but she doesn’t see any other way….Divorce papers are being drawn up.”

Kardashian even attempted to get him into anger management therapy without success, according to the insider.

“He’s a ticking time bomb and insufferable to be around,” opined Radar’s source.
