Rihanna ‘Congratulates Leonardo DiCaprio On Oscar Win,’ Couple Hooking Up Amid Drake Romance?

Rihanna and Leonardo DiCaprio are fueling dating rumours once again after the Bajan-beauty congratulated the actor on his Oscar win for Best Actor.

According to multiple reports, Rihanna and Leonardo were communicating with one another via FaceTime following the actor’s departure from the Academy Awards. While the news of the Titanic star winning his first Oscar didn’t come as a surprise to anyone, Rihanna was one of the first people to reach out to DiCaprio, allegedly telling him she can’t wait for the two to reunite.

“She was very happy that he won an Oscar last night and decided to congratulate him briefly via FaceTime. It was a very quick conversation, and Ri told him she was ‘proud’ of him. Leo thanked her and held up the Oscar so she could see it. It’s a big deal for Leo, and Ri wants to, at least, take him to dinner so they can celebrate soon.”

A source for HollywoodLife continues, adding that the twosome hoped to set up a date in the near future to see one another, having shared their last encounter at a Parisian nightclub back in January. The duo was famously spotted hugging inside the venue, leading onlookers to believe that the A-list stars were a couple, though neither star ever denied or confirmed the reports.

Rihanna reaching out to Leonardo DiCaprio and reportedly wanting to see him again soon comes just one week after her friendship with Drake was said to have sizzled again. The Canadian rapper and the “Kiss It Better” songstress were heating things up at last week’s Brit Awards, before partying until the early hours the next day.

In fact, several sources stressed that the on-again, off-again couple were bound to reconcile, having enjoyed each other’s company in recent weeks. Their chemistry hasn’t just clicked in the recording studio, but also in their personal lives.

“They’re back together and Drake is besotted. His team have been teasing him about it but nothing can wipe the smile off his face,” an insider for The Sun gushed.

Rihanna and Drake first ignited dating rumors following the release of their insanely hot music video to “Work,” which is on the singer’s latest album, Anti. Still, it appears that the reports are conflicting, unless Rihanna is dating both Hollywood stars at the same time.

The Puma fashion designer was first romantically linked to Leonardo DiCaprio in May, and while the two have shared next to no information regarding their supposed love life, there have been photos that show what appears to be of the two lovers showing their affection for one another.

While Leonardo DiCaprio has publicly claimed all of the girlfriends he has dated in the past, Rihanna is said to be kept on the low for reasons unknown. Regardless of whether the twosome are dating or not, though, Rihanna is ecstatic to learn that her rumored beau has finally gone home with the award he has been waiting for his entire career.

Rihanna is currently preparing for her forthcoming tour, which is expected to start in just four weeks. It’s likely the thought of dealing with boyfriend drama might be the last thing on her mind right now.
