‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Judge Eloise Moxley Returns–Billy Gets Caught Reading Victoria’s Emails?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease big drama is ahead for the residents of Genoa City. Judge Eloise Moxley (Jensen Buchanan) returns on February 25 to arraign an (unknown) character–which begins a trial that will end up revealing vital information about Dr. Anderson’s (Elizabeth Bogush) evil schemes. Also, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) hears the notifications of Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) business email and cannot control his impulse to snoop and read her email while she sleeps.

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that there will be a massive revelation about Dr. Anderson’s scheme moving into the trial of her stabbing, according to Soap Opera Digest. At the time of this article, it isn’t clear if Dr. Anderson died or critically injured; however, clearly whoever is at fault will face legal ramifications for the attack. It seems likely that Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) was the attacker–yet that seems way to simple for the plot. Its seems much more likely the person who attacked Dr. A is someone no one suspects. For example, it could be the nurse who helped her kidnap Christian from the NICU or another minor character.

The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that initially,at least, Sage Newman (Kelly Sullivan) could face charges of the gruesome stabbing, and will need Michael Baldwin’s (Christian LeBlanc) assistance to prove her innocence. Dr. Anderson has set Sage up to look like the grieving mother that is unable to handle the grief associated with losing her newborn. The shady shrink painted her in a very hostile and unstable state, and most of Genoa City believed her–after all, she is a doctor, right?

Judge Moxley will return to arraign Sage and then possibly Patty for the attack on Dr. Anderson. Head Scribe Chuck Pratt told CBS Soaps In Depth that Sully’s identity will be revealed during February sweeps, leading to the conclusion that at some point it will be revealed by someone–whether the evil doctor survives or not. Sharon could start to wonder if she was ever pregnant, or Sage could start having her doubles about Sharon’s strange birth. The Young and the Restless rumors hint that Patty may tell Sage a few things that lead her to believe her baby boy never died and were closer to him than she thinks. Will Sage put it all together, and figure out that Sully is Christian?

Other The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Billy could find himself in trouble (yet again) with Victoria as he sneaks off and reads her (person) business emails that reveal vital information about the computer program that Natalie (Mara McCaffrey) is designing for Newman Enterprises. Billy hasn’t admitted it to Victoria, but he is harboring anger towards Victor for stealing his business deal while he laid on his death bed. Billy feels it was his one shot to prove he is a savvy businessman, and the deal became one more thing the Mustache stole from him.

The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that after a romantic night with Victoria, he leaves her sleeping in their shared bed to go downstair to snoop through her emails. Apparently, he finds something intriguing, only to be caught by Victoria — which he will have to explain why he’s going through her emails. Victoria made Billy promise no more secrets between them, and he already is going behind her back to snoop in Newman business dealings. Victoria will see it as an act of betrayal and may not be able to look past it. Will Victoria give Billy a pass for snooping if he promises it won’t happen again?
