Sexually Starved Iraqi Refugee Rapes 10-Year-Old Austrian Boy, Says It Was A State Of “Sexual Emergency”

An Iraqi refugee has admitted to the accusations of raping a 10-year-old boy after dragging him from the swimming pool into the male changing room.

According to the local newspaper Kronen Zeitung, the 20-year-old man, a migrant refugee from the war troubled country of Iraq pulled the boy against his will and dragged the boy into the changing rooms on December 22. He then pulled down his swimming trunks and assaulted him.

The boy, in a state of shock and panic, told everything about the incident to a nearby lifeguard while to his amazement, the Iraqi man swam across the pool and started playing with the diving board.

The Iraqi man was arrested at the scene and the child was later taken to hospital. He was left severely bruised.

In his defense, the man told police that he was in a state of “sexual emergency” which made him do the unthinkable. He said he had not had sex in four months and was severely starved for sex. He added that he already has wife and children back home.

He admitted to police that it was “a huge mistake” and said he did intend to “scar” the boy.

According to Daily Mail, the Migrant, 20, arrived in Austria via Balkans in September and was taxi driver. He told to police that he could do nothing to prevent himself because he had an “excess sexual energy”.

The man said that he was aware that it was illegal to rape in Austria. On being asked if it was legal in Iraq, he said that he knew that these kind of acts are “forbidden in any country.” He also implied he was not always this sick and he has wife and a daughter back home.

Initially, on December 2, the Austrian Police didn’t release details of the rape which took place on The Resienbad pool, in an attempt to protect the rape victim.

When reports of the incident started appearing on Facebook, police said they must be sensitive about cases involving refugees, whom they said had “been through a lot;”but went on to stress that there would be no margin for tolerance of such crimes.

Austrian media are also reporting another case of rape of a 13-year-old girl. She is reported to being constantly raped by her husband. Her husband is a 26-year-old man who married her in her days at Syria, war troubled neighbor of Iraq.

The victim, though, has chosen not to speak against her husband who boasts his monopoly in the marriage according to the rights granted to him by Islam religion.

The state prosecutor charged the man, who remains in custody. The charges pressed on the man are rape and sexual abuse of a minor; the body’s spokeswoman Nina Bussek, the newspaper Kronen Zeitung reported on Friday.

Austria has given shelter to the second highest number of refugees per capita so far in Europe, behind Sweden. Werner Faymann, the chancellor of Austria and chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Austria announced a plan to introduce a cap on the number of asylum requests the country would approve in 2016. The state is trying to fix the number of refugees to 37,500.

Male refugees were banned from visiting German pools following the in Germany in a response to the recent viscous assaults from migrants.
