Kate Middleton Pregnant? Rumors Once Again Swirling That Duchess Kate Expecting Baby No. 3

Kate Middleton may be pregnant again, with reports claiming that Duchess Kate is expecting her third child in less than three years.

Although Duchess Kate and Prince William already have two young ones under the age of 2 in the house, rumors have been circulating for several weeks that they may be planning one more soon. There had long been reports that Kate Middleton dreamed of having three children, and this would seem to complete her family planning.

The latest rumor claims that Kate Middleton is still in her first trimester but is already suffering the effects of morning sickness. Duchess Kate was plagued by severe morning sickness — a condition formally known as hyperemesis gravidarum — during her first two pregnancies, leading to dehydration and even a brief hospital stay.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reported the following.

“Unconfirmed sources divulge that Prince William would have preferred to wait a few more years before adding to the Cambridge family.

“Purportedly Kate Middleton is two months along and has been suffering from morning sickness. Are Prince William and Princess Kate truly prepared for three children under the age of four running around Anmer Hall?

“Princess Charlotte is only nine-months-old and that does seem a bit soon for third pregnancy for Duchess Kate. Many daddies might be pleased to have their children close in age, but the second-in-line to the throne hasn’t given the impression that he is one of those fathers.”

It is difficult to determine if there is any truth to the latest rumor that Kate Middleton is pregnant. Celebrity gossip sites have made it something of a sport to claim that Duchess Kate is pregnant (with Celeb Dirty Laundry one of the biggest culprits), and the reports have mostly turned out to be false.

A report less than a month ago claimed that Kate Middleton surprised her family at Christmas by announcing that she is pregnant. Life & Style cited an unnamed source who said the news was quite a shock to the family.

“Kate and William have always wanted to have a large family,” the source stated. “But they didn’t think they would be expecting baby No. 3 quite so soon.”

There could be some other hints that Kate Middleton is actually pregnant this time. Hello! Magazine reported on Wednesday that Kate and Prince William just missed out on a planned family vacation, one they had attended in the past.

The report claimed that they likely stayed back to focus on their two young children, as Prince George just started Westacre Montessori School in East Walton, but there was no official explanation for the absence.

The report noted the following.

“Carole and Michael Middletonarrived in the Caribbean last week for the start of their annual holiday on the island of Mustique. Royal watchers anticipated that they would soon be joined by Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, who traditionally attend the getaway to celebrate Carole’s birthday on 31 January. But this year, William and his wife are noticeably absent from the sunshine holiday.”

Duchess Kate didn’t speak about the reason she missed the vacation, however, so tying it to pregnancy would just be speculation.

The early January report would match up roughly to the latest rumor that Kate Middleton is pregnant. But if there is any truth to the rumor, then she may soon have a chance to reveal it. Kate is set to give her first television interview since she married Prince William.
