Kylie Jenner, Tyga Split Amid Text Messages To 14-Year-Old? Kris Jenner Wants Rapper To ‘Grow Up’ [Report]
Kylie Jenner and her rapper boyfriend, Tyga, may be headed for a split. Following news of Tyga’s text messages to 14-year-old Molly O’Malia, who allegedly claimed to be 17-years-old, rumors have been swirling regarding the couple’s possible split, and on Tuesday, a report revealed Kylie Jenner’s mother is becoming frustrated by the pair’s up-and-down relationship.

“Kris feels Tyga needs to grow up,” a source close to Kris told Hollywood Life on January 5.
According to the report, Tyga has been accused of attempting to FaceTime with Malia, who is based on the east coast, and doing so hasn’t earned Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend with “any brownie points” with Kris. And not just that. The report also claimed Kris was feeling that Tyga needed to get his act together soon — or else.
“She’s really fed up with him,” the source said. Tyga is “running out of chances and excuses” with both her and Kylie Jenner.
Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend claims he was only in touch with the underage O’Malia because he was interested in possibly signing her to his record label. However, as Hollywood Life explained, an OK! Magazine source claimed he was “flirting” with her “for days on end.”
During a press conference with attorney Gloria Alred, O’Malia claimed to have cut off communication with Tyga after his attempts at FaceTiming with her began to make her feel uncomfortable. Still, according to Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend, there were other music producers in the room with him when he attempted to chat with her via FaceTime.
Either way, Kylie Jenner’s mother doesn’t seem to care what Tyga has to say.
“Regardless of [his] intentions, Kris thinks he was stupid,” the source told Hollywood Life. “It was an all around bad business move on his part. Like, what was he thinking?”

Kylie Jenner and Tyga had been linked for a number of months, many of which occurred before she was 18, but didn’t go public with their romance until after her 18th birthday. Since then, they have chronicled their relationship on social media, and on Kylie Jenner’s family’s reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Although Kylie Jenner and Tyga appeared to be having fun with their relationship for the first few months after they went public with their romance, the relationship took a dark turn in November, just prior to Tyga’s 26th birthday party. Before celebrating with friends at Los Angeles’ The Nice Guy, and later at the 1OAK Nightclub, Tyga and Kylie Jenner reportedly got into a fight, and Kylie Jenner was a no-show at both of the parties.
In the days that followed, Kylie Jenner told fans on Instagram she was single, and as for why, a source told Hollywood Life she suspected Tyga was cheating. While there didn’t appear to be any physical evidence of Tyga’s infidelity at the time, the source claimed Kylie Jenner discovered “something on his computer that made it clear that he had done something wrong.”
The source also alleged Tyga had denied whatever it was that Kylie Jenner suspected, and suggested the couple would be fine after working through the issue. And sure enough, just days after Kylie Jenner announced she was single, she and Tyga were spotted together at an American Music Awards after party in Los Angeles, confirming they were back on.
