Josh Duggar Gets Rehab Visit As Scandals Hurt Victims: Sisters He Molested, Sibs He Stunned, Anna Duggar & Kids
Josh Duggar is finishing up 2015 in rehab following the multiple scandals that exploded into the public conscious and forever changed the image of the Duggars’ 19 Kids And Counting clan as squeaky clean. The first scandal dated back to when he was a teen and had molested several underage girls, some of whom were his sisters. Jill and Jessa Duggar subsequently self-identified themselves as among Josh’s victims. Duggar subsequently was linked to two subscriptions on the Ashley Madison website for infidelity, and then admitted to having cheated on his wife, Anna Duggar, as well as an addiction to pornography, and entered rehab.
Now it appears that Josh may have been visited in rehab, where he is being treated for sex addiction, by two members of the Duggar family for Christmas, reported Us Weekly.

John David Duggar, a pilot, was spotted. In addition to Josh’s sibling, an unidentified woman was there and assumed to be visiting Duggar in the rehab center. A similar sighting was noticed prior to Thanksgiving, with the plane identified as one belonging to Duggar Aviation.
The treatment center where Josh is staying is faith-based, and Duggar entered it only six days following his most recent confession.
“I have been the biggest hypocrite ever,” summed up Duggar following the bombshell dropped into his life by the hackers’ stolen data from Ashley Madison.
As for how Anna feels about Josh now that she knows he cheated on her? Duggar’s wife opened up publicly for the first time in the 19 Kids And Counting spin-off that has been airing on TLC, which is called Jill & Jessa: Counting On.
“It was definitely a hard thing, and I think it was such a betrayal for a spouse to go through what we’re walking through — and… it was hard,” Anna admitted.

The awareness that the world knew Josh had cheated on her hit her particularly hard, she noted. And Anna reveals what Duggar did also as betraying their religious faith.
“It was hard to realize that it was such a public thing, so not only was it a betrayal for me, but it was also a betrayal against those who call themselves Christian, because here we were as a Christian couple and everyone was able to see us get married and to vow before God to be loyal to each other. And [then] that loyalty was broken.”
As for the question of whether Anna will divorce Josh, the Duggars’ religious beliefs have caused her to turn to God rather than divorce court. An upcoming episode of the Duggars‘ TV show reveals Anna comparing her experience with Josh to childbirth, reported Hollywood Take.
In addition to disclosing that she will not divorce Duggar, Anna is seeking to look forward to the future, she shares on the episode.
“It’s been a good opportunity to draw close to God and just trusting God for his wisdom to take the next step,” muses Anna. “… When you’re in labor, you just make it through the next contraction and go on. I think there’s been a lot of that lately, of just taking the next step and going on. … We’ll see what God has in store for the future.”On one episode of the Duggars‘ TV show, however, Anna broke down over how Josh had betrayed her, reported People.
She admitted that at one point, she did not know what to do or which way to go.
“[Josh is] my first love. He’s my one and only,” emphasized Anna. “In the stun and in the shock of everything, I was just praying, ‘God, help me to respond to all of this.’ I didn’t know what to do. I knew we needed help, and I was just praying God would give the wisdom and the help that we needed to take the next step.”
She clearly made an impression on one of the Duggars, Jinger, who expressed her admiration for Anna.
“Anna is amazing,” said the 21-year-old. “She displays to each one of us what it is to have unconditional love, and she’s walking through this better than any one of us could have ever imagined.”
As for two of the sisters Josh molested, Jill and Jessa say they’ve chosen to forgive him, according to Fashion & Style.
But both admit that they felt they could not trust Josh at one point in their lives, and also expressed anger at the way that the police reports about the molestation became public knowledge.
“We were thrown under the bus during the time after the police report was made public,” said Jill angrily.
And it’s not just Josh’s sisters and his wife who feel betrayed by Duggar. Some of his younger brothers who looked up to Josh as a role model no longer regard him with admiration, revealed the Daily Mail.

“I always wanted to be like him. But one of the toughest things I had to tell my older brother was, I don’t want to be like you anymore,” shared John-David Duggar.
And 20-year-old Joseph also felt scorched by his older brother Josh’s actions.
As for the youngest victims? Ranging in age from 6 (Mackynzie) to 5 months old (Meredith), the four children shared by Josh and Anna just want to know why Daddy isn’t there, according to OK, Michael is 4, while Marcus is 2, and explaining to them that their father is in rehab for sex addiction isn’t part of the plan.“I don’t think there’s any way any of us would have known that my brother was living such a secret life. It broke my heart.”
Instead, Anna will seek to make it a happy holiday season for her children while Josh goes to the recovery meetings that are mandated in his rehab program.
